Jenny, our server, was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and the food servers were also warm and friendly. The steaks were excellent, perfectly prepared. The menu and dessert had a lovely birthday message! We enjoy celebrating special events at Mastros!

I brought my wife here for a date night. After having three kids, we don’t get out as often, and I felt it was time to treat her to something special. Overall, the food was very good and the ambiance was enjoyable. However, there were a few aspects of the experience that were disappointing. Upon arrival, I requested to be seated on the second floor, as it appeared more comfortable for my wife. The host seemed visibly displeased with the request and informed me that future preferences should be noted in the reservation as if I could have predicted which seating area my wife would prefer. Service throughout the evening was underwhelming. Our server only checked in twice over the course of an hour and a half. We also had to request the dessert menu ourselves. When the bill arrived, there was a $35 valet parking charge, which was strange considering we arrived by Uber. The total came out to $390 for two people, including tip. While the food and setting were enjoyable, the service and billing issues left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

I’ve had another fantastic dining experience at this very same restaurant, but last night the cocktail was too sweet and the Chilean Seabass was a little overcooked, so the texture was more meaty - less melt in your mouth, like it could have been. The steak was cooked nicely, though, and the lonster bisque and gnocci were delicious. The French onion soup and caesar salad were so-so.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mastro's, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing, with remarkable attention to detail that made us feel special throughout our dining experience. To enhance the ambiance, a live pianist serenaded the room with beautiful music, creating a delightful atmosphere. And let me tell you, the food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was delicious, and the servers even plated the sides onto our dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Steak was overcooked and the scalloped potatoes were burned and had a grainy texture. Also, the valet was $30! Finally, the service was super slow.

Been here many times, but this visit was the first time I had to return the meat bec they didn’t do medium rare correctly. They reheat the same meat and it was ok, but I just hope they got it right the first time… or just gave us new meat. they were busy that day - graduations and early father’s day dinner. Will still go back for sure!
