   This place doesn’t just give you a nice dinner….its an entire experience! Every staff member has a smile on their face and makes you feel right at home. They explain the whole concept within minutes and you’re already up for food at the cold bar. I’m not sure if there was an included hot bar section but I never felt I needed it. There were SO many options already!! The cold food bar has literally everything you could dream of to accompany your main dishes (multiple cuts of beef, ribs, shrimp, chicken, etc). Immediately they’re at the table with fried polenta and Brazilian cheese bread (the name is escaping me). They later came with mashed potatoes and various sauces for the meats. Everyone at my table was blown away. I WILL be coming back. Thank you guys for the best dinner with my family and friends. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

   Live music and AYCE meats, filé mignon was really good And also the Salmon the drinks were also great

   Everything is cooked to your choice of temperature. All you can eat deliciousness. Our drinks was always full. Staff is attentive. Never had to look for them. Not like most restaurants where only your server can assist. Everyone is ready and willing to assist. Easy pay out process. Terra Gaucha is at the top of my Brazilian Steakhouse list.

   This was my first visit to Terra Gaucha in Stamford and my fourth experience at a Brazilian steakhouse overall, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The variety and quality of meats were excellent, but what really stood out was the seafood selection — the salmon and shrimp were absolutely delicious and added a nice twist to the traditional churrasco offerings. Given that it was Mother’s Day, the restaurant was understandably busy. There were a couple of minor hiccups, like a delayed drink from the bar and a brief wait at the host stand, but these were easily overlooked thanks to the exceptional service we received. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and worked hard to ensure we had a great experience from start to finish. The Brazilian servers rotating the meats were also prompt, friendly, and efficient. Overall, Terra Gaucha delivered a fantastic dining experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Brazilian steakhouse in the area.

   I have been there many times. We went there to celebrate my son's birthday. The food is delicious. The server took our drink orders and delivered all but my boyfriend's . We had to ask 2 x and waited a good 15 minutes for his beer to arrive. The people with the meats walking around were great. There was no Happy Birthday for my son or dessert given to him. Big let down. We did ordered dessert which everyone loved but our Port We ordered came out after dessert was done. Just a big let down from when I went there the last time. Great place for food but the rest was below what I expected.
