We were hoping for the advertised Radcliffe speakeasy supper club experience with live music on a Thursday night, which did not happen. The menu advertised online was replaced by the main restaurant menu, which was not expected. The service was inconsistent, and they were short staffed and dinner took 2.5 hours. With that being said, we overall enjoyed the food & drinks, although very pricey.

Took our food so long to come when took it to go; oh yeah our appetizer just the cheese board took and hour to come! Very delicious but service was beyond miserable but still left over a15% tip.

5/5 Stars across the board Love this place. We had dinner in the Speakeasy. It’s dark, cozy and romantic. Ian, the sommelier, set us up with a great champagne recommendation. Jordan, our server, was fantastic from beginning to end. The food was delicious. We had the bacon. Do the bacon! I’m still thinking about it days later. The escargot was different but very good. We also had some west coast melt in your mouth oyster. Finally, we had the Black Cod which was perfectly cooked and sublime. Side note…this was our anniversary dinner and I messaged the restaurant a couple of times through Open Table. They were responsive and ready for us when we arrived. In a time when customer service is very basic, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to management and staff for excellent service from the moment I made my reservation to the second we left.

This was my first time visiting. One of my besties and I chose it because it was a different option for our girls night out and it did not disappoint. The ambience is next level and so unique!! Our server Kevin (Stone) always had a smile and made us feel valued. The experience of wine tasting was liberating and so fun. Go THERE at least once to treat yourself. Don't hesitate. It's worth the price to have this amazing experience.

Very slow start.18 mins before asking for drink order. Steak was great. Potatoes bravas..not so much.Server brought food fast.

Love their new and improved look. The drapes that were added to improve the acoustics by lowering the volume make a huge difference. We have been going to their cheese and wine tastings since the started and they used to be too loud due to the poor acoustics but now you can hear Max and the guest speakers very well. Plus they are making them shorter, just about an hour, and that's perfect. Max did an outstanding job presenting... he was knowledgeable as always and also witty, charming and entertaining.

We really love coming here. Staff, food, wine selection are all great. We always feel welcome and well taken care off when we visit. We recently did a "Wine and Cheese Tasting" event that was so well done, I couldn't have been happier with the evening.

Definitely one of the best experiences I have had I. A long time. Service is exceptional, first class for sure. Food was so good . Ambience was everything. We did speakeasy and entertainment was perfect. This was our first time and we will be back.
