According to our server, the “bistro steak salad” I ordered is a tougher cut of meat that will be much less chewy if it’s cooked rare or medium rare. So I ordered it medium rare and it came to me well done, dry and chewy. My husband’s pork chop was huge. it was also well done and dry. The flavors of our dishes were good. The wines we ordered by the glass were good. All this and the prices charged for the food influenced me to give the dining experience 3 stars.

Great food as always! We sat in the quiet back room so the noise level was low. Busy Friday night! Very nice staff!! Always recommend Mosaic!!

Tried the Prime Rib special night on Wednesday and we were underwhelmed. The salad sides were nice. The fries, advertised as Rosemary, had no faint taste of that and were served cold. The meat itself was strange as it had liquid smoke on the outside with no taste of that into the meat. Must mention that the quality of the cut was subpar. Another strange notice was there was manager meetings and job interviews going on in the restaurant after opening; don’t they have offices for that? Couldn’t recommend this option after a good review prior on standard dinner options due to the disappointing second experience. Service and Whiskey Cake for dessert was excellent.

Enjoyable experience. Split the Caesar Salad and Carpaccio which were excellent. Then split the Grilled Peach pizza. Enjoyed all. Service was great. Cocktails were good. Would recommend for a bite while staying at the Sheraton.

We went as a party of 4 pre-Mother's Day. Reservations indicated a full house, but half the tables were still open. Food was OK except way over salted on one item. They quickly produced another, which was fine. The ambiance was great; the only issue was the AC fan was very cold.
