this was my first time i wasn’t pleased with the greeters as i was not offered complementary champagne like the two girls in front of me. I also called beforehand requesting if I could be on the patio as it was not allowing me to assign that on open table, my waitress was nice. I did enjoy the patio and the food was OK.

Fantastic service and fantastic food. We were seated quickly and Lilly was our server who was very attentive. Remy the GM came by to see how we were doing and made us feel very accommodated. We will be back very soon.

This was my first time at Joey Uptown and it was a good experience. The food and service were excellent. I had feared that the noise level would be unpleasantly high, but it was not; I was able to easily converse with my date. It seems as though restaurant prices have generally increased considerably in recent years and Joey is no exception. My only criticism is that, while the food, presentation, and service are excellent, the prices are high. My companion's and my meals including one alcoholic drink each plus valet parking and tip was well over $150. That's a lot of money for dinner.

We love Joey Uptown. I celebrated my Birthday there this year. But this time I am not sure what happened. Number 1 our waiter had to many tables and really was unable to the give appropriate attention to his customers. He was very nice and we were patient but have had better service.

The food was COLD!!! Ordered Baja Fish Tacos and Fries. Having lunch with an old friend. My order came first, her order followed about 8 minutes later. First time I’ve ever dined at a restaurant where a party of 2 did not receive their food order collectively. The shrimp and cod fish were prepackaged and frozen not from fresh. Our waiter was inattentive. She passed by occasionally asking if we needed anything while our empty water glasses signified that they needed refilling. Her body language didn’t even anticipate a request as she asked while pivoting to leave. I attribute the tasteless service to age and experience. Joey Uptown is a beautiful restaurant with great ambience. I will only return to this restaurant if I eat before arriving to “dine.”

La comida es buena, la atención del personal en general es regular, era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y no tuvieron ningún tipo de atención especial en eso aunque se les avisó antes y durante la comida.

10/10 Father’s Day experience. Our waitress, Frida, gave us a 5 star service and made my parents’ first experience with JOEY memorable.

When we have a reservation, I expect to be sat at the table already reserved for the reservation. Not a problem to have to wait a few minutes, but to have to wait more than 10 minutes when all the tables weren’t full is poor planning and seems to be more like getting your name on the waitlist asap.

Great place to have special occasion or business meal. The service is great and the vibe and decor inside is positive and elegant. The food choices are plentiful and good.
