Beginning May 3rd, ōkta farm and kitchen will open with a new culinary and farm team, focused on immersing diners in a four-course menu that changes with the seasons. The inaugural ōkta farm and kitchen menu will offer a new hospitality, food, and beverage experience for the summer months with reservations for May opening on Monday, April 7th via OpenTable. The inaugural season will celebrate the bounty of spring produce from ōkta farm, where the team has been hard at work over the past four years creating a regenerative food and farming ecosystem. What began as a half acre project, has expanded to include another full acre of produce-growing, a herd of Dorper sheep, and Bramble Hill Vineyard, adjacent to the farm. The four courses will emphasize the connection between the land, seas and restaurant. Thanks to the abundance of produce during the spring and summer seasons, the menu’s ingredients will be constantly changing. The menu is priced at $100 per guest, with the standard wine pairing priced at $65. Seatings begin at 5pm Fridays through Sundays.
