   Admittedly, we were there on Mother's Day but did purchase reservations ahead of time. Took nearly two hours to get our food. The food itself was disappointing at best. Lukewarm, tasteless, and grainy. Our kids got milkshakes, though, which were pretty good.

   Had reservation for 12:30. When called after making reservation was told there would be space for stroller or seat for infant. When we arrived we were given a booster seat for a toddler. Someone came over to the table to advise us that we may. E able to move to another table being cleaned, and then never returned. We finally ordered around 1:00 and ordered appetizers. Appetizers arrived at 2:00 and entrees arrived around 2:30. We needed silverware after eating apps and had to wait to get some before we could eat our entrees. Bathrooms were dirty and only had one stall and a long line every time. Not very organized and well staffed for a Mother’a Day Brunch advertised event. Very chaotic and not good attentive service.

   We went for Mother's Day brunch just before a Tiger's game. While I expected the service to be slow, they were unprepared for the crowd. Waited an hour for any food to arrive and then appetizers and meal came together. We had to rush to eat in order to attend game. Waiter was great, but timing of food made it tough to enjoy properly. The food was very good and we would return under 'normal' circumstances.

   I get that it was a mother’s day event. Waiting for over an hour for food WITH reservations was ridiculous

   Overall, the food and service was great. The best Vegan shakes! I think the vegan shake taste better than the dairy. We went to the bathroom and they started cleaning our table and threw away our desserts, but the manager had them quickly replaced. The team was very apologetic and they all made sure the mistake was fixed.

   My first experience was a pleasant and positive experience. The staff was very attentive and we had an amazing waitress. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The shakes are over-the-top, melt-in-your mouth, delicious! My daughter ordered the Chocolate Nirvana (with a candle because it was her birthday!) The waitress even sang happy birthday with us. I made a reservation because it was a Friday, after work. Beware of the service charge. We were charged a $20 service charge.

    Overrated overpriced. Bad waiter didn’t help. The shake was foamy warm. Gross. The food good forever then had ice cold waffle fries. I asked for ranch when I ordered. Didn’t get it til 10 minutes after the food arrived. And the food took forever to come. The waiter didn’t come check on us til 10 minutes after the food finally arrived. Not impressed with the entire experience. It’s too bad but a great concept and location but won’t be back.
