Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House abrió con orgullo al crítico público en el sur de Charlotte en mayo del 2007. Se trata del 8º restaurante inaugurado con el concepto legendario fundado en 1989 y honrado en todo Estados Unidos por su cocina excepcional y buena hospitalidad. Sirve carne estadounidense de primera calidad, pescados y mariscos frescos, e increíbles colas de langosta de agua fría.     Excellent Australian way steak but they forgot our meatball appetizer. Kevin is one of the best waiters I've encountered in Charlotte. All told, if I can find someone to pick up the tab I'll be back.

    All the staff is wonderful, very well trained and amazingly accommodating. The food was very good. It’s extremely expensive.

    Del Frisco’s is my favorite steakhouse in Charlotte but they are losing their edge to competition. For my continued and consistent loyalty to the restaurant I expect to greeted as such and not be treated like a first time patron. I recall a time when Del Frisco’s would greet you with a warm welcome. They would know from my profile that my daughter has a nut allergy. On this occasion they sat me at a table in the middle of the restaurant where every diner passed by our table, bumped into my chair on their way to the bathroom. We stayed at this unacceptable table because our server was excellent. To further explain the decline in service, there was a time in the recent past when Del Frisco’s would serve each person a portion of the side dishes order. Instead now they just drop the side dishes off with extremely hot dishes that prevent you from passing. This is unacceptable for the price of the meal. I will not give up on my favorite restaurant but I wish they would go back to delighting loyal customers with exceptional service.

    Our medium rare steak arrived well done. The manager agreed it was very over cooked and took it back and they prepared another. This guest had to watch everyone else eat and then their meal arrived 15 plus minutes later when everyone else was done. It really ruined the experience. Our server disappeared constantly and we had to flag down different staff multiple times to ask for our server. Disappointing for a $400 dining bill.

    Severely over priced. Not a good value and you should never have to pay 91$ for a steak. Bring the prices back to where they belong.

    Superb sashimi appetizer which was an addition to the menu since our last visit. The bone-in strip was excellent as was the filet. Our server, Lauren was outstanding. All in all a perfect visit.

    Definitely an experience to remember. Kind of a dark atmosphere probably because they had the shades down. ask them to lift the shades to give it more light. It’s beautiful inside.
