   Brickmans nails it with a short and sweet menu that doesn’t try to do too much—and that’s a good thing. Every item feels intentional, and the selections are interesting enough to stand out from your typical go-to spots. The food came out hot, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. Service was top-notch. Staff were friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience. If you’re in San Marcos and want a no-fuss meal with real quality and standout service, Brickmans is worth the trip.

   Amazing service from start to finish. Friendliest host and server we’ve had in a long time! Super dog friendly and yummy food and drinks. Will be back for sure!

   We went to the Mother’s Day brunch buffet. The ambience was nice and the food was really good but for $85/person I don’t think they should have charged for non-alcoholic drinks. Moreover, I think they should have included at least one alcohol drink (e.g., mimosa) per person. For these reasons, our group of 10 will probably go to a different place next year.

   We visited Brickman's on Mother's Day. It was great for a large party with kids. The Buffet was very good. The omelet station was awesome. Everyone in our party enjoyed the Brunch 1

   Food was good but it took an hour and a half to get it out. Luckily we weren’t in any hurry and the waitress was irritated with why it was taking so long. Was not busy at all. We’d go back because it’s close and was good food. Hoping it was a one off occurrence.

   The patio was great! Fresh air, low noise level and great ambience (just off the golf course). Food was delicious. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad.
