   We love our dinners at Bloom! From the minute you step inside you are immediately greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Service is always spot on and the food is delicious… a must stop at spot when in San Juan!!

   Celebrated my sister graduation and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The food is amazing, the service was beyond great. Our waitress was very patient with our little ones and gave a lot of attention to us. Will definitely be back!

Its location, just steps away from significant historical landmarks, provides a unique setting for a memorable meal. The menu at Bloom is simply exceptional. We highly recommend trying their appetizers – they are so tempting, we found ourselves ordering three different ones amongst our party of three! The quality of ingredients and the creativity of the dishes truly shine. Beyond the outstanding food, Bloom's service is impeccable. This isn't just about a single server; the entire team works together seamlessly to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for every guest. Their attentiveness and collaborative approach contribute to an atmosphere of warmth and efficiency. We were consistently impressed by their professionalism and genuine hospitality. T

   We been to bloom many times for dinner and is always great. This was the first time having brunch and just like dinner time everything was super!. Thank you.

    I really love the ambiance and layout of Bloom and so many booths offer cozy dining experience. The open bar is cool and the restaurant was full. The location is fantastic and right in the heart of old San Juan Capistrano across the street from the Mission Basilica. The evening was beautiful and they had the front wall windows open to the outside which was lovely. Bring a jacket or sweater when it gets cool. The service was wonderful and all the staff were great. So much going for this place! I have been to Bloom 4 times now and in my opinion I think the menu could use a makeover. The food is acceptable but for the price I think they could make some changes to some items to make them truly fantastic. I had the gnocchi with crispy pork belly. The gnocchi was very firm and not great. The maple glaze tasted more like oil than anything. I’ve had way better gnocchi and was hoping for a sweeter glaze. I am not a chef my any means just a customer who loves a great restaurant so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Definitely worth a visit and check it out for yourself!
