Quvo, a California style Mexican food and craft beer experience.

Quvo is a creation by the Smith’s; Alicia & Matthew. Alicia, a First generation Mexican American who began cooking the same Mexican food creations taught to her by her mother, Eva Romero when she was just a young girl in Ventura County California.

These delicious recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. The food at Quvo is prepared from scratch with a consistency and flavor that is unmatched. This small Fonda has received multiple culinary awards since its inception in 2017. Come dine with family and friends.

This is an excellent local eatery! Owners were welcoming and attentive to every guest. The food was authentic and tasty.

We love Quvo and I took my (Mexican) dad here for the first time and he loved it too, which is rare! He said he’d happily come back every day if he could.

Loved this place - from the app to the dessert, every dish we ordered was delicious! The owners are involved and very engaging making the experience even better. Best Mexican food you’ll find! Wish they considered opening a location in TX!
