   Doma used to be a unique tapas style restaurant..unlike anything else in town. The selection was incredible and everything we tried..which was a LOT was so good! We had not been in some time until yesterday. Sadly..it has now converted to a generic restaurant.. a basic selection of appetizers, main entrees, etc. And, some of the very best dishes are gone .. and two we had, have obviously altered the recipe, and not for the better. The truffle fries are barely, barely truffle flavored, soggier, and the parmesan is shaved too thick for this dish. The cauliflower is heavier and very sauce heavy..not so light and zippy as before. Other dishes we miss are the udon, brussel sprouts, hamachi sashimi, shisito peppers..all gone from the offerings. Sadly, I can't recommend this any more..it is not uniquely different and delicious as it was.

   First time to sit in the Lounge area since it’s been glassed in, and loved the vibe with live music and enhanced Sunday buffet. Families were laughing and toddlers were dancing. Buffet options were healthy and flavorful and each dish tasted different. So special!

   Our first visit here. We waited 15 minutes after being seated for service, no one came to our table so I finally got up and told the hostess. Our waiter came over finally and took our drink order and then our dinner order. There were three tables around us that came after us and got their drinks, food and ate and were gone before we got our food. We got there at 6:30, probably got our dinner ordered by 7:15, but didn’t get it until 8:30!!! It seemed as though they had no idea what they were doing. We had several waiters trying to give us food that we hadn’t ordered and watched them go to all the tables around us asking them if it was their food. Just crazy.

   Had a lovely date night here last night. Our waitress, Jessica I believe? or Jennifer… either way.. she was wonderful. We were taking our time talking and being slow with things, but she was very patient. She never lacked attention, and we always had exactly what we needed. I also appreciated that she gave me a little warning about my entree selection, as there’s commonly negative feedback from the guest about what it is versus their expectations. That was wonderful of her. Everything was great, I recommended the restaurant to multiple people in town already, and am sure I’ll be back when I visit again.

   It’s really great to have a place to go and hear HOUSE MUSIC! The Dj, Marcus EL, was AMAZING! Atmosphere and service were great too. The only things I personally wasn’t impressed with was the price of food and drinks. 2 crab cakes, a bottle of wine and 2 drinks was over $130.00. Plus, I had a special seating request via Open Table but no one read it. Did I mention how great the music was? Bring him back more often and we’ll pay for those drinks, it was worth it!

   Easy to make a reservation, opted to sit and the bar. Had great conversations with the bar staff and the patrons around us.

    Service and ambiance was great! Loved the live music. Food (steak hummus, sliders, and pork belly bao buns) along with drinks were outstanding! The Sea-o trio was underwhelming! Wouldn’t recommend that!
