The brunch menu was very good and the waitress was pleasant and informative. There were not a lot of people there, so she could have been more attentive than she was. I asked for my drink without jalapeños. First it didn’t come out with the other drinks, then when it did, it had a lot of residual “heat” like there had been jalapeños in it, but they removed them and sent the drink anyway. We ordered an appetizer of avocado toast and it never came. I had the avocado chicken blt. The chicken was thin and dry, but the bacon was crisp and the avocado was fresh. The fries are delicious. My friend had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good and she liked the hash brown potatoes. My other friend had the make-your-own omelette and it was a lot of food and she enjoyed it. My friend loves Bloody Mary’s at brunch, but they add kimchi or something really spicy to their mix so she couldn’t have one and was really disappointed.

We had an amazing experience here. The food was excellent and the service made it 100x better. We are so excited to add this to a list of "favorite restaurants" here in CLT!

We go about once a month and the food is always spot on. It's a good blend of upscale without all the snobbery. The restaurant does have an open feel to it, so it gets loud from time to time if someone has a carrying voice on the other side, but still a good atmosphere for an upscale date night.

We had an amazing experience! The service and food was on point! We had dry H steaks and seafood. They were all cooked to perfection.

We had a 5:15 reservation and arrived at 5:10. We were promptly greeted by staff and management and seated, but preferred a window seat overlooking the water. This request was granted and we were moved to excellent seats overlooking the water. This restaurant was recommended by our family residing in Charollette as they were very pleased with the customer service, ambience and food in the past. The general manager, Brian, came over to personally greet us, and the waitress, Alexis, did an amazing job throughout our meal. She was very professional, attentive and courteous. We both had the whole flounder, which was superbly prepared. Our overall experience was great, and we will certainly dine here again in the future.

Carmella was great! Do was the food! I love the kale salad and they have a great French Chardonnay.

First time at Link & Pin Arboretum and we loved it! Staff was very professional at all times and the food and drinks were awesome. Great atmosphere and very clean! Thanks for my great visit! ❤️
