   The next generation of Chef Oscar's EDO family just crushes it! Unreal charcutier station right as you walking... beautiful bar that is completely stocked to the gills with some unreal flavors of Europe and THEN there is Wine list! Covering both the new and old world with some wines that their sommelier Paolo just knows and loves. Food.... What a trip! Flavors from the bottom of the sea to the fields of Spain, you will enjoy every bite more than the one before. Pluma Iberica was the must unreal and unassuming pork dish I have had in years but the Maltagliati with Chef's homemade ragu still has us talking today about how to make the perfect pasta dish. Have a group of 6-8, what a perfect place for a dinner to be remembered in the wine room! Can't wait to enjoy again!

   We had the BEST anniversary dinner at Anima. Our server, Edita, was excellent and the chefs were very accomodating to dietary requests. The tasting menu was amazing! Our favorite items were the green tartare, squid ink pasta, and the hangar steak was perfection. The desert of passion fruit creme brulee was unique and delicious. The atmosphere is fun and sophisticated. Impeccable service from the hostess, busers, the entire staff. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

    Our first time dining here and we were actually curious about the menu. Our first impression was that there weren't many traditional Spanish or Catalan influenced dishes, so we were actually disappointed that there was no jamon only servings on the menu. So we just ordered a 'racion' on the side. We then opted for the tasting menu as we wanted to try the specials for the day. And "WOW"...it was fantastic! The flavors and techniques used were exceptionally good! I would eat here daily if I could!!!! But we had to drive back to Los Angeles.

    Wish the dishes were described better to my party compared to the tables next to us, other than the description by the red hair girl. Dress semi casual or might not be treated the same as other tables even when you buy the cooks bottles of beers as your first order with water for the table.

    We were visiting . This was on the shortlist of restaurants we wanted to try out . Anima lived up to all the attention its been getting lately . Great food and drinks . we did the tasting menu with wine pairing . all the dishes were amazing . they were kind enough to substitute a dish based on food allergies. Recommend the tasting menu. Shoutout to Joe/Chef Oscar/ Paulo/Adida and the rest of the team who made for the great experience at Anima. Looking forward to returning soon .

    I was extremely excited to try this place ever since they had a review in the newspaper. I don't know if my expectations were set too high but they definitely weren't met. We had octopus, eggplant and a potato appetizer. None of them we're amazing. All the food seemed just a little bland I definitely like mine more on the savory side. For entree we had Mushroom risotto which was killer and probably the most boring and bland short rib dish I have ever had. I really needed to get something for dessert to get the taste out of my mouth and the dessert options were pretty boring as well. On the bright side every server that came to our table was amazing and the service was excellent. Every dish was described in detail when they put it on the table unfortunately the taste never lived up to the description.

    We loved Anima! You could tell that they put in tension into everything they do, from the drinks to the food, to the service! I would definitely recommend trying Anima when visiting Las Vegas, or even if you are a local!

    We are sooooo happy Amina is in SUMMERLIN…..When we moved here, from Europe there wasn’t much in our area…other than pizza, Japanese, Italian and SteakHouses. But now….we have ANIMA…we will be regulars!! We had the MENU + Caviar with Wine Pairing. Yes, it was a SPECIAL Night for my hubby. Every dish burst wonderful flavors in our mouths….lots of mmmmm, omg….SERVICE was personal and outstanding…THANK YOU Alex, Hayley and Paulo!!!

    Highlight of our Vegas Dining trip. You can tell that the staff are proud of their restaurant and want to provide the best dining experience possible. We visited Anima by EDO from Houston mainly because of their winning of the Vegas Eater 2022 Restaurant of the year. I can really understand why!! Great job Amina.

    The place was nice and staff was really good and attentive. But the price of the food was more expensive then what you actually get. The bread was not worth 8 dollars should be complimentary. The scallops cold appetizer were very tart and lacking flavor. The carpaccio was tasty but it did not seem like high quality raw beef almost had a iberico flavor. The tuna sashimi was outstanding and a great value. The cavatelli was decent lacking a little flavor. And the paparedelle was good but not what the dish described, their was not much garlic a and oil flavor and the shrimp seemed just steamed.the potato bravas were outstanding. Overall an okay meal but for being so far from the strip not worth the money.

    So much more than I expected...the food was original, beautifully plated and delicious. The service was OUTSTANDING as we were greeted at our table by Manager, had a knowledgeable and conscientious waiter, an assistant server, expediter, Sommolier and other attendants regularly at our table checking on us. One mistake on our order was well compensated for and we left happy and satiated. An adventure in dining for sure. Will be back to explore more of menu soon.

    Excellent food and and a great cocktail program. Attentive but not formal service. Excellent experience. Would probably order fewer items next time. We ordered 4 each of hot, cold, pasta and entrees for a party of 7 and we were pretty full by the time the entrees arrived. Definitely will be back.
