An exciting new destination for elevated dining has arrived. Chef Richard Sandoval brings his award-winning global Pan Latin Steakhouse concept to Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Rooted in the celebration of the vibrant flavors and convivial dining culture of Central and South America, Toro Toro will offer guests a twist on the contemporary steakhouse experience with Pan-Latin flavors from Rodizio-style Churrasco and creative shareable small plates.

Exceptional beverage options will complement the bold flavors of each dish with an expansive wine list highlighting Latin wines and unique Latin cocktails, all hand-muddled with the freshest ingredients and artful garnishes.

Food and service was excellent. Dined on a Sunday. Disappointed since dining at 2 p.m. offers breakfast menu only and no meals. I didn’t read anything on Open Table about brunch time or dinner time starts at 4 p.m.

Experience was overall positive and food was delicious.This location doesn’t have the same bottomless brunch option as many the other Toro Toro locations, so our group was a little disappointed in that.

The service was great. The ambiance was nice and quiet. Came for my birthday celebration with friends. We were a group of 7 so we all were able to hear each other across the table. Their mash potatoes, mac and cheese, and corn empanadas were really good. As well as their birthday desert, ice cream with chocolate. The ice cream was creamy and rich in taste. A friend ordered the salmon and the really liked it as well. Only had the opportunity to order 2 drinks, Cantarito and Piña Mezcalita. They are more on the bitter/sour side but good drinks.

The service was great! The Picanha was delicious, but the 14oz Prime Ríe Eye was not good, it wasn’t a good quality steak, specifically for the $65 they charge. The Mercado margarita was great.

Service was excellent. Food was well prepared and seasoned well. Starters Peruvian ceviche and the angry scorpion roll were very tasty! The Toro Toro churrasco sampler was a good survey of the restaurant’s grilled specialties - a great choice and filled our party of four. Thanks for a super pre-concert dinner.

Top Tier restaurant and service! Excellent quality of food, every menu item is presented with pure excellence and flair! Love the ambiance and overall experience!! The dessert that was suggested to us was absolutely mindblowing and fun! Such a memorable experience!
