Sooooo tasty! The mussels in wine and herb sauce are outstanding and they provide a healthy amount of bread for soaking it up. The seafood cobb salad was also perfectly dressed. Would love to go back and order the same items!

The server we have had before and she’s awful. Her personality is abrasive. The food was barely warm and one eggs Benedict didn’t have the hollandaise sauce on it. Also, my fruit was mushy and all she did when I mentioned it is to take it back and remove the mushy fruit, so there was barely any fruit in the bowl and that still wasn’t fresh. The server made some lame excuse and accepted no responsibility and was sarcastic. For the price you expect better. We live in Annapolis and choose Choptank for special occasions, and we won’t any more. The value for the money with bad service is not worth it.

We met someone there who we hadn’t seen in years. Crab dip and drinks were very good. Service was super and we were not rushed from our table. Entrees were excellent…seafood pasta and burger. Wedge salad was the best I’ve had. Steamed shrimp were outstanding…fresh and very large. Anxious to go again.

We absolutely loved eating at Choptank and the server was wonderful! But the live music that was piped through the whole restaurant (which is already very loud) made it impossible to talk to our family. If possible could you keep the music upstairs and not pipe it through the downstairs restaurant.

Overall, I had a good experience when visiting The Choptank. Food was delicious, but slightly over priced, and my wine glass was dirty when I received it. The restaurant was pretty loud, but you could still carry on a conversation just fine. I would come back.
