Suburban Yacht Club is your go-to restaurant and bar for a coastal laid-back dining experience in the heart of Plano, Texas at the Boardwalk at Granite Park.

Join us for our daily Happy Hour and every Sunday for the Sunset Sips Happy Hour. You can unwind and socialize with waterfront patio dining while enjoying happy hour pricing on tiki cocktails, margaritas, draft beer, glasses of wine and our signature frozen drinks. Enjoyed the patio until I got hot. June 2025. Nice happy hour during the week . Large portions. Sunday and Saturday brunch has a limited menu but was good.

This place has a nice island vibe. Good food with a light menu in other words the food will not weigh you down but leave you full.

Wasn’t impressed with the food. Very limited selection. Anything with chicken is all chicken thigh only. Got the fish sandwich and it was all battered breading and not a lot of fish. Service was good. It was quiet but there were only 3 tables of people during lunch hour.

SYC is one of our favorite spots. The food is always good and fresh. They have a fun cocktail menu and the food menu has something for everyone. Only slight complaint on this visit was that the service was slow. Our waitress disappeared after we sat for quite some time so we placed drink and food order all together. It was my son’s birthday and nothing was offered for that. Despite those hiccups we will still recommend SYC.
