   The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Loved the view of the harbor as we ate.

   Attentive staff, very kind, always a wonderful experience when we go. One of my husbands and I favorite place to dine every time we come down to Daytona. We even had our rehearsal dinner there a few years ago. Will be returning customers.

   It was absolutely exceptional perfect ive lived here 18yrs wanted to go so many times but told expensive nit that good. Well they were lies and nit to expensive and ill be going back offen as 1 of my fav places to eat now. And my gf was very impressed and loved it to.

   Our very first time at Chart House, absolutely delicious. Enjoyed every entree — from the meatballs to the steaks to the desserts we ordered. Andrea was a wonderful server. We will be returning without a doubt!

   We made reservations for Mothers Day weeks in advance and we are seated under the stairs on the bottom floor. We requested the upper level and were told they were too busy. It took over an hour and get our salads and 2 1/2 hours to get entrees. They clearly had overbooked for their ability to serve the number of people. Sad because our previous experiences had been great.

   Our main issue was with the hostesses seating us I had a 5:15 reservation and called to let you know my mother in law was in a wheelchair. We get there on time first question can mom go down two stairs. In my opinion no because she has balance issues. We wait. A large party already waiting goes in ok they seat some other large parties and some four tops. Now I’m getting upset because they’re sitting large parties on the main floor coming after us and we felt totally ignored. We went several times up and finally I go up and say look you have been seating parties of six and eight and we have been sitting here half an hour. Oh they were here before you I said yes one large party was but you have sat three others and not called us. Oh well we need to accommodate your party that’s larger and has a wheelchair. You’ve had my open table reservations for a week and have emailed me and texted me reminders. So I believe you had ample time. So finally she sets us next to the bathroom no views and by the salad bar. The server was nice but huge lapses of fly bus and well service was very wanting. There will be zero future reservations or recommendations from our family.

   Too noisy. Very expensive but food was not worth price. It was good but not exceptional. Was not worth the hype. Also, parking lot is terrible.

   We were seated within minutes of our arrival. Our server didn’t greet us at our table for at least ten minutes. The salad bar was a disappointment. It used to be full of extra nice options. Now it’s just average and it was picked over. I don’t think I will order it again. We were crowded by extra chairs added to the table next to us to accommodate a larger party. Customers had to squeeze between us to get to the salad bar or rest room. One large woman could barely squeeze through and it was a bit awkward. Dinners came out before we were finished with our salads and there wasn’t enough room on our table to keep them. We had to assist the food runners to find room for the entree plates on our table so they could serve us. We ordered coffee and the espresso martini( I told him when ordering dinner I would want one) to accompany our dessert after dinner but were given our check. We had to remind the waiter after waiting 15-20 minutes and desserts were finished. I felt we were on a time schedule and they were rushing us. In the future, I’ll choose a different restaurant for special occasions. Chart House has always been my first choice but it has lost its edge. It was exceptional years ago but now it’s just average.

    My husband and I normally go to the chart house in Philly where we’re from. This was a little bit different experience. We started out with a wet chairs, dirty tablecloth, sticky dishes, dirty glasses and dirty silverware. We had a server named Amy. Amy was so patient and polite. She changed out everything. Amy was super attentive and checked back very often to see if we needed anything. Her bubbly personality made Mother’s Day a wonderful experience here.
