Everything we ordered was HEAVILY SALTED! Holy cow - I like salt but I could feel my body puckering with every bite. It’s an ok place if you need a decently priced meal out. But I don’t need to go back.

Food was amazing! Service was outstanding. We ordered the ranch rings for the table, one of us had a salad with chicken, one had the seasonal chicken special and one of us had a filet. We also had the lemon and chocolate cake slices for dessert.

Firebirds Birkdale never disappoints. Food is delicious every time. Service is impeccable and noise level is minimal. Have tried all the restaurants in this area and always go back to Firebirds.

Food is consistently very good. Service is top notch. Had Chilean Sea Bass, great portion of 2 pieces, moist and tasty. Ancient grains and rice side was excellent. Black Diamond Martini was so good, as usual. Rest of party had sirloin steak, cooked to requested temperature. The other entree was the chicken pasta dish, enjoyed as well. It was Father's Day and good wishes sent my way a couple of times, nice touch. Have never had a bad meal here! Go and enjoy......

We had a spectacular meal last night. We were celebrating Father’s Day with our son. Our server was great, attentive but not hovering. Martinis were cold w shaved ice and the Duckhorn Cabernet w dinner was also perfect (our fav for years). Our salads were fresh and delicious. The bacon wrapped filets were also top drawer, w a baked potato, loaded. Who could ask for more? Love this restaurant and the staff is awesome.

My husband and I each had a steak and also ordered a salad to share. They divided the salad for us before it was brought to the table and, as always, the steaks were both cooked just the way we like them. Tasty as always! The service was great, too! WE also appreciate the "no cork fee" for our favorite wine brought in to drink with our dinner. Of course, we always add a "cork fee" to our tip.
