My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here after it was highly recommended over other New Orleans restaurants. We had high expectations, and they surpassed them. Besides being one of the best meals I've ever had (snapper), the ambience, friendly staff, and post-dinner bars made it a special occasion - not just a great meal.

such a nice lunch. Chase, our waiter, couldn't have been nicer. good food, excellent atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. good drinks also

We’ve eaten here a few times and enjoyed it but this was a very disappointing experience. Although the dining room was sparsely occupied, service was slow and borderline unfriendly. As a server for many years, I understand there are tough days, but this attitude detracted from our birthday celebration. (Also, why ask if you’re celebrating a special event in the reservation, just to totally ignore that event). Unfortunately, the food did not save the day as it was bland and forgettable, and overpriced. I seldom write bad reviews but this was an expensive disappointment.

We had a great experience at Steak Night at San Lorenzo. The music and ambiance made us feel like we were on an island in the Caribbean. The cost was $75 for a 3 course meal which included red or white wine. I had the wedge salad for appetizer and Ribeye steak and wedge Potatoes. I added crabmeat with Bernaise sauce to my ribeye. Everything was flavorful. Dessert was good too. Service was great and music set the tone. We went on the last night for steak night but I hope they bring it back soon.
