    2 dishes had to be sent back due to poor preparation. Onion soup too salty and asparagus risotto under cooked. Friendly server but didn’t check on us enough and manager kept walking by with a frown. She should have checked in with us when food was sent back. Plenty of staff everywhere but the food came out too slowly from kitchen or just not brought out in a timely manner. The restaurant was not busy at lunch so no reason for these issues.

    We always love Sullivans food! However This time the service didn’t meet expectations They messed up our split bill, charged everything to me & told me to work it out with our friend because they couldn’t fix the charge already on my credit card (inexcusable) When we asked to have the supervisor fix the charges We were told “the supervisor is new & can’t correct the bill” An inexcusable response

    Food and drink were excellent. I was with a party of three. We were prepared to tip more, until you forced a tip on us. So only paid what you forced.

    Perfect place for a nice dinner. Great service, food is amazing. I had the 12oz filet and only wish I would’ve had the 8 to have room for dessert. Sides could be a meal by themselves.

    Our server, Martin, was fantastic and the food was wonderful. Martin is one of the best servers that I’ve had in a very long time. He was friendly, non-intrusive, and was able to answer questions effortlessly. Really a great experience.
