    Had a reservation; the host didn't know where to seat us. The host wasn't really warm or welcoming. It took about 10 mins to find a table after the host got the manager involved. Th server took around 10-15 mins to come and greet us. Food was mediocre. I had a rack of lamb, and each piece was a different temp. Spouse's steak that was undercooked. 3 of the 4 sides were cold, including the main. Appetizers were good. The women's restroom does not have a changing table. It is located in the men's room. This experience isn't one to write home about.

    The food was great. A little on the pricey side and I didn’t care for everything being a la carte. The server could’ve been a little more attentive. Overall a good experience

    Always a great place yo eat in Anchorage. Love sitting at the bar for a cocktail before dinner. My husband loves their old fashioneds. Dinner (steaks) were excellent. Baked oyster Appy came out cold but our waitress was on it, she got us a new order and took it off the tab.

    Sat and ordered quickly, took an hour to get our food. Saw our server total of three times and she kept forgetting to bring us drinks.

    Really, a disappointment! I’ve been away a year and was looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, service was chaotic and food not up to their previous standards. Scallops were small and dry and served in mayonnaise which made no sense and hid their flavor. Maybe they just had an off night but I don’t think I’ll be back.

    The front of house and wait staff are fantastic but the organisation in the kitchen needs a drastic overhaul. The food is good - when you get it. Despite being one of the first to arrive we were the last to receive our meals. Even then one dish had been sitting getting cold while the other was being cooked. In the end we just finished our main and left without bothering to order anything else.

    Wow -- what a terrible experience. We are visiting the area and took our kids to a special dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered a bottle of 50th Anniversary Caymus Cab and it was delicious. $190 for the bottle seemed steep but well worth it. Things went downhill from there. Our server (Eugene) did his best -- but it is clear the kitchen is a mess. They did not have several of the things we ordered (like the second order of Oysters) and one of our starters came 20 minutes after the first starter. The calamari was room temperature. But tasty. Oysters solid. The salads came 70 minutes into our experience, At least the bread was excellent. The main courses and sides were bush league. The salmon was fishy but otherwise tasteless. Two of the three steaks were raw. The steak was ok, but not prime cuts. The lobster mashed potatoes were ok. The loaded potato good. The spinach never came. The brussel sprouts good. We tipped Eugene 20% because no amount of service was going to make up for such low quality food. I would never eat here again.

    Service was great, food was mediocre and they were out of several items that we wanted. Had to send our steak back twice. They gave us a free dessert and appetizer to make up for the long wait and the mishap.
