   Always a great time at matthews - Each of the hosts are knowledgable and polite. Not to mention, great wine. If you are a member, go for the release parties - the food pairings are wonderful.

   They don’t actually use open table!!! No reservations. They also don’t serve food but you can bring your own

   Our reservation was for a specific table and we were told that the reservation no longer existed and that we could squeeze in between two other groups at the bar.

   Loved the look of the place, the staff and the drink selection. Great draft list. The food was lacking and could have been better. I would definitely go back to this place for drinks.

   Do not expect a reservation- I made a reservation and was told by the manager in person that I would get a table we chose for 5 people- when we arrived on time it took 20 min after our reservation time for the table to become available and reset when the party of 3 had left. There was plenty of 3 person seating elsewhere. Management communication is limited. Can’t leave a vm message or trust in person reservations. The service otherwise was pleasant.

   Cute restaurant with nice ambience. Our server, Kelly was excellent- very friendly and attentive. The food wasn’t that great, but reasonably priced, fine to sit around and eat a little while talking. They started karaoke around 9:00, fun if you like that. Would definitely recommend but not if it’s your dinner.

   We were running late for our reservation and called the restaurant only to find out they don't receive reservations from Open table. Why are they even on here? The food was awful. I ordered sliders. Instead of a bun, they made some sort of dough and cut it out. It tasted like canned pizza dough. My husband had the Flatbread which was on the same gross dough. On top of that, they had a DJ set up and blasted rap music. We left without even finisher drinks. Stay away from this place.

   Not what you are expecting. More of a cheap bar ambiance than what one might expect of a "Wine Cellar". They did not honor our open table reservation. "Yeah, we don't really do reservations." Most expensive wine is $10. They must have ran out of pork shoulder because my Cuban slider came with deli ham without forewarning, explanation or price adjustment. They seem content with their current clientele so as not to need to put the effort into earning new business.

   Apparently used to be better? More specials, better food and service. It’s a shame. Could be a good spot. I’ve never been to a wine bar that doesn’t have wine flights and serves food and drinks with plastic. The bingo was fun, but I believe I’ll go elsewhere in the future.
