Excellent Sunday brunch buffet. Waiters were not very attentive. Luckily it was a buffet, but I waited quite sometime to get something to drink.

Food was very good, I was extremely satisfied with all of our order from appetizers to main dishes and deserts, all food was fantastic. But what set the place apart was the service! Ricardo and the rest of the team, took excellent care of our group and made the visit an outing to remember. Thank you!

Extremely hot/uncomfortable in restaurant! When I mentioned to our server, he was surprised to learn that management did not call us the day before to tell us AC was out!? Not only did they not tell us ahead of time, they did not mention this before we were seated and ordered! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Excellent experience as always. Food was phenomenal. Had family in town for my youngest son’s high school graduation and birthday. Everyone was as impressed.

Extremely Disappointed During a Special Occasion. As someone who frequents this upscale restaurant, I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, today’s visit—meant to celebrate a birthday—was a major disappointment. The air conditioning was broken, and the heat inside was unbearable. Other guests were visibly uncomfortable, fanning themselves with menus, and it was clear the staff was struggling as well—you could see them sweating while doing their best to keep things running smoothly. We spoke to the manager, who did acknowledge that the AC had broken down. However, he said there was nothing more he could do. For a restaurant of this caliber, that response was incredibly disheartening. It’s frustrating to have a special occasion marred by something so basic as climate control, especially when the issue clearly affected everyone in the dining room. I sincerely hope they take steps to prevent this from happening again.

We had a wonderful family luncheon where everyone enjoyed the super buffet, even my 6-year-old great-grandson. He especially liked the waffles with all the trimmings.

The service was excellent! It was Mother’s Day and I felt like the managers kept looking at us to see when we were going to get up to sit other guests. The churros lady serving was very very nice but she barely gave me an 2 ounces of churrascos. The pig was disgusting and so were the carnitas. The tres leches was a joke in a sample cup.

Made reservations in advance and they were reconfirmed via Open Tsble. Unless I missed something learned the day I arrived the reservation only gets your name on the list. You are at the mercy of securing seating of/when previous patrons get up to leave after dining. Further upon paying bill one of the most classless occurrence happened. Server presented bill and credit cards were presented to divide the bill for payment. The server had the audacity to ask should he include an 18% or 20% tip. My reply no I will apply it myself. He then says okay and processed credit card and handed copies to sign with suggested tip circled. Tacky… don’t stereotype customers as if you are not expecting a tip. Where is the food industry going? Or what is this restaurant paying workers that they have to do this. I do not mind paying for excellent service but this devalue my past and recent experience!
