   Had reservations at 5:30. Sat at around 6pm. Left at 8:30. Told when we got there that they were short staffed. Server was pleasant even though he was running around because he was covering so many tables. Food came out. Ordered a different dressing with my salad. Waited about 15 minutes to get correct dressing and ketchup for daughters meal. Something happened with husbands meal had to wait about 20 minutes after other meals arrived. Server offered a complimentary soup while he waited, never got the soup. We were there for daughters birthday so ordered a few pizzookies and that they took about a half hour to get. Talked to supervisor about experience and he was nice enough to take pizzookies off of our bill. It shouldn't have to be a 2-1/2 hour dinner. This was on a Tuesday night. Can't imagine what it would be if it was a weekend.

   Made reservations for 3:30 at a table and was sent to a booth with the option to wait on a table with no indication of the wait time after sitting uncomfortably for 20min finally the manager came over and advised us we would be moved to a table. We sat for almost an hour finally catching the attention of a server. I asked for the manager and advised our orders hadn’t been taken just to be told sorry we never know you were seated here the person that was to work the tables called off. Finally after another hour past a waiter came over to take the order. We then waited for an additional 30-40 min for food to arrive all of my family was served accept my order after 20 min my order came but my food was cold and my family was just about finishing up with their food. Once again I advised the manager who then took off my plate and wings from the bill. This was the worst experience being my first time visiting. I don’t think I will return however our server was really nice and showed some concern and sympathy to us so we did tip him. Leaving with a free dessert and 4 free Mother’s Day wine glass

   Our server was the restaurant manager-pressed into service because several employees called in sick- on St. Patrick’s Day. Very few people in restaurant-most were at the bar. Husband enjoyed fish & chips. I had the grilled sirloin steak with onions & mushrooms and an almost baked potato. We usually come to this restaurant for lunch vs evenings. Usually very crowded.

   BJ’s is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious and the servers are professional. The only complaints were service was very slow and the noise level was louder than usual. I will still go back. My favorite dish is the Enlightened Cherry Chipotle Salmon dinner! Delicious!!!

   Wasn’t to busy. We were a table for 4. Our waitress disappeared. Waiter brought wrong meal for one of us but didn’t come back until other three were done with their meals. The burger finally arrived and it was burnt and inedible. Manager took it off our bill, but I don’t see us returning. Sad, but I think BJs has gone downhill.

   Waitress was very good but it took almost 2 hours for food to arrive at our table. Will go to a different restaurant in the future.

    BJ’s has added some menu items with some discount options that really do make a difference in saving a little. The food was delicious and very enjoyable. Like other restaurants in the area, it is still facing the challenge of needing more servers, but my wife and I still received great service. Well done! Recommended!
