   Having been to the Casa Nona in Turks and having a top notch experience, we were eager to try this location. The food was delicious, the vibe was very cool but sadly the service did not compare. The staff was lovely but I feel our server did not have the time to give us the attention that was expected. Upon arriving a group of 18 walked in without a reservation. While our server apologized it was hard to see the large table get full service while we had to keep requesting service. We were not told the specials until we asked and had practically finished our meal before anyone checked on us. We had to ask for water a few times and decided to forgo a second drink rather than have to search out someone for one.

   We were there when they opened so when we got there it was empty. Our waitress Ria was absolutely phenomenal! She was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on food selections. She was very attentive and provided us with exceptional service. For appetizers we had the calamari which had very large rings that were cooked well. For dinner my wife had the lobster ravioli and I had the fritti del mare and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. For desert we split the chocolate torte but substituted the coffee gelato for coconut and it was delicious. We ate outside and were able to enjoy the colors from the sunset while listening to a great violinist who was playing a nice variety of popular songs. A wonderful dinner and we would definitely go back!

   Edaurdo our server was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed each and every dish. Multiple food allergies very knowledgeable and accommodating

   Food was excellent, but issues with staff not paying attention to requests-asked for very light sauce, it came drowning in sauce. The replacement order was cold, but too frustrated to send back a second time. We requested portions of our meals be boxed to go, but discovered most was left out of the bag when we got back to our timeshare. They will make it right if we choose to go back and pick it up another night, but not sure another round trip taxi fare is worth it. Attention to detail can define a poor to mediocre dining experience from an exceptional one. Sadly, the especially for a Ritz property, this was mediocre at best.

   We came to Casa Nonna to celebrate two wedding anniversaries. Although we have been coming to Aruba for years, we never ventured to The Ritz-Carlton for dining. Our server, Flory, was REMARKABLE! She contributed immensely to the joy and delight of the celebration! She is a treasure! I will definitely recommend Casa Nonna and will visit again myself! Molto bene, Casa Nonna!!

   Everything about our visit was perfect! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious; The mixologist is amazing! We enjoyed our experience so much, we made another reservation for dinner before we head home. -KS
