   Service started out great. But then we had to wave down servers, and management for another round of drinks, more food, food issues, and to ask them to clear plates. Unfortunately the pesto pizza we ordered was simply not good. First one they brought was burnt. The whole bottom of the pizza was black. The replacement pizza just lacked flavor. Unfortunately I will not return to et al in the future.

   The Lobster rolls were terrible. Would’ve ordered the avocado toast Our waiter was patient. The plantation ice tea only seemed like pineapple juice. Overall wouldn’t go back. Only for the avocados toast and the male waiter who tried. Other than that not worth the $$$

   We really enjoyed our time there..food was delicious and the wine was very good. Our server was beyond excellent. He was very helpful, courteous and friendly. It made our time there very pleasant and enjoyable especially because our family just lost our beloved pet. Please thank him for us as it meant a little to us.

   Food was very good, tasty, adequate proportions and served warm. Initial coffee served hot, refills in thermos was warm and had to have server bring a fresh cup at right temp.

   We had a great time! Our waited was very kind and helpful. Our food was good and i definitely would recommend checking this place out. We will come back once we visit Hawaii again!

   Other items order was good but the clam chowder needs ulu and smoked meat that was promised in the menu.

   We took my in-laws for dinner here for their anniversary and we were surprised how AWESOME it was. . . My in-laws (who eat very little), ate almost all their food! My mother in law even asked to take home the sauce! My father in law doesn't eat sweets but devoured the raspberry bar and gelato! We had Koa (?) as a server and he was AWESOME!!! He was very friendly and super fast! The restaurant was very nice with high ceilings! All the food was delicious - we had the bulgogi pizza which was like Korea on a pizza, my husband had the risotto and he ate all of his (which he usually doesn't do) and my MIL had the fish and my FIL the short ribs. . . I would HIGHLY recommend et al!!!!!

   Went for brunch and the omelette and the eggs Benedict were done well. Service was tardy, which was a problem for us on a business lunch schedule, but the restaurant was full. The main problem with et al is the deafening amount of noise. This is partly due to poor acoustic construction, but equally due to the management permitting very loud and probably drunk customers yelling.

    Still great food! Wait staff remains great. Hostess service at the door greatly improved. Noise abatement improved as well. Great neighborhood restaurant. A go to for us where we live.
