The food and service were excellent—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m downtown. My only minor gripe is that the salad bar wasn’t quite to my taste, but everything else was spot on.

One of the worse experiences at this place. I haven't been for a year and it has completely disappointed me. 1st off, the plates and glasses that were put at our table were dirty! We asked several times to get new plates. Even the server that were putting plates on our table had the nerves to scratch off some left over food that was not cleaned off the plates. It was pretty embarrassing. The salad bar was tasteless. The mashed potatoes that came to the table were overly salted. The cheese bread not as good as it used to be. They also bombarded us with meat when the card on the table clearly say we didn't want any at the moment. Everything was just a mess. My daughter had to wait 45 mins and it was HER bday for a new fork. Just a complete disappointment. I actually debated to tip because it was just that bad. I still left a tip.

Was a wonderful experience. W The salad bar was amazing with so many choices, you could be satisfied by the salad bar alone. But then the meats came out, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Meats including lamb beef and chicken. Vegetarians stay away! Although salad bar was your saving grace. A great night out!

We came to Fogo de Chão last night to celebrate a special occasion, and I deeply regret choosing this place. When we checked in, we were warmly greeted and congratulated — even told that dessert would be on the house for our special occasion, which had us excited. Unfortunately, Once seated, everything went downhill. The service was completely disorganized. We were passed between two servers who were rarely around, and we spent long stretches just waiting. Not once did anyone ask if we wanted another drink. As for the food — underwhelming. The meat, which should have been the star of the experience, was a huge disappointment. We didn’t even get to try everything that was supposed to be included in the full churrasco experience. Instead, we were repeatedly offered the same few items — mostly pork sausage and the grilled cheese with honey — while other cuts were either never brought out or came by once, then never again. It felt like they were just cycling through the cheapest or easiest options. One server asked if we’d like more sides — we requested mashed potatoes, which never showed. After we sat for another extended period of time hoping to try more meats that were supposed to be apart of our experience we assumed our dinner was over. One of the servers told us they’d be “right back with dessert” in celebration of our special occasion. We then assumed there was a specific dessert they were going to bring. Fifteen minutes passed — nothing. Then a second server came with menus, as if the whole conversation hadn’t happened. Another 15 minutes later, someone finally came by to take our dessert order. By then, we were so frustrated we just wanted the check. And to top it off, the server who closed us out asked how we enjoyed our dessert that they never brought.The whole experience was confusing, frustrating, and honestly embarrassing considering we were trying to celebrate something meaningful. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This was the WORST dining exp.

They were completely overbooked. Servers were overwhelmed. We were putting in a corner and forgotten about Maybe had a couple of pieces of meat.

Probably the worst dining experience for my family and I. We asked for sauce 5 different times and kept watching it get delivered to every table but ours. By the time we go it (an hour later), we were already over dinner.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very tender meat. The food was outstanding. Amazing how accommodating they were to all our meat requests. It's our new steakhouse. Thank you for a great fathers day experience!

Although we were welcomed when arriving, once the meat service started, it was clear to see each waiter would bring a small piece of meat, serve 4 people out of a party of 20, and go back to the kitchen with no other waiter to serve the remaining folks. This happened a few times and we notified the Manager. Only then, a few more waiters started serving the table, but pretty much only sausage, fraldinha, and the traditional starters (coalho cheese, macaxeira, fried banana)… nothing else. Only once chicken thighs came to the table, only to a few people - only once Picanha came to the table… Unacceptable. No more bookings at Fogo de Chão, that’s for sure.
