My husband and I got lucky and were able to get last minute bar seats in the patio. My favorite pizza ever is the Ramps Pizza (Yukon potato, taleggio cheese, and confit garlic - crust was beautifully crispy and just the right thickness, the cheese used was perfectly balanced with the bite of thinly sliced potatoes). The rum drink they recommended was also absolutely amazing (Layover in Bermuda: scotch, rum, donn’s spiced no 2, lemon, grapefruit, and coconut). Yum! My husband got one of the spirit forward drinks and also very much enjoyed it. We also shared the chicory & asparagus salad (amazing too!) and charcuterie board. We really loved the whole presentation and sides that came with our meat and cheese selection for the charcuterie. For dessert, we enjoyed the carrot cake with the ice cream - omg soo good!! All in all, 10 out of 10 for the service, vibes, taste, and presentation. The only con is it can get a bit busy so highly recommend making a reservation. We can’t wait to come back!

Carrot cake was a must order. Had a group of 5, shared a steak, few apps and a pizza. Plenty of food for a large group. Service was on point, our server was amazing (standing ovation) and always had good check-ins. Louder environment when inside, if you want something more relaxed I would recommend sitting outside.

Stoneburner was lively but not super crowded on a warm May evening. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. The sommelier helped us pick the perfect bottle of wine. It was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday.

I made a reservation a month prior coming from another state. I was so excited to come back - as this was - before I moved, my favorite restaurant in Seattle. It was perfect. Our server was attentive, kind, curious and gave us space. Nothing was assumed. The food was fresh, elegant, interesting, well-balanced - perfect. The snap peas and olives were incredible, as was lumache and the carrot cake. The drinks were perfect. My friend and I dined and swooned and were completely taken care of and left alone. One of my highlights of the last few years.

Our server was unkind, and very slow. She came to our table always last from the all her tables. She did not seem to understand that a restaurant experience includes how the customers are treated. Next time we will ask to be seated elsewhere to avoid her. Food is excellent as always.

Best service I’ve had in years! Besides the delicious food, I was most impressed with the friendly and attentive service by people who really seem to like working there. Such a positive energy. It was much appreciated after a long work week.

The food honestly is nothing special and quite overpriced for what it is. The cocktails are more like mocktails but maybe mine happened to be like that. Overall it is a nice place but nothing special .For the price point there are so many other nice places in Ballard with better prices and more unique flavors. Our server was very nice and polite though.

We had reservation as recommended. Seated promptly on arrival. Greeted by server in less than a minute. Nice ambiance. We had 2 different pizzas and two different pastas. Excellent all around. Not overpriced at all. We’ll be back

The vegetables are prepared so beautifully at Stoneburner!We started with the mozzarella stuffed olives and then ordered the beet salad, the snap peas, the charred broccoli, and the roasted carrots. What a deliciously satisfying dinner!

Well balanced cocktails and great service. Beet salad and snap pea salad were tasty. While yummy, $9 for garlic toast felt a bit pricey. The halibut was *perfectly* cooked - crispy crust and tender inside. Green olive tapenade was a spot-on briney compliment (tho I wouldn’t have minded if it were warm/room temp and a bit more saucey). The oricchette with oxtail was the perfect rainy evening pasta. Our server was quick, friendly, and gave good suggestions. Thanks, Stoneburner team!

Food was terrific. Great pizza, yummy salads. Service was ok, but not overly attentive. One complaint I have: your pretty expensive drinks are served in the tiniest glasses. I am aware that most everyone is now serving 15-to-18-dollar cocktails but please, give me at least a generous pour! My bloody Mary was served in a skinny highball kind of glass, filled to the rim with ice, no garnish, and not close to deserving its price point.

Hostess was very strict and formal and put us alone in a corner for some reason. We sat for 15min and no one talked to us, so then we moved ourselves to the bar and the service was amazing as was the food. Music was pretty loud but that suites us because it drowns out nearby conversations - so we prefer it that way. It’s a nice hotel restaurant in Ballard so the bill is as expected, not overly priced, and not a good deal. Also we enjoyed the cocktails we got, tasted very authentic and hand crafted, not too sweet!

Stoneburner is a lot fancier than what reviews let on. Great ambiance and food but their service was sub par and I’m not sure if it’s where they sat us. But the servers were very chaotic, kinda like they didn’t know where they were going.
