   Would not go back, felt ignored for the first 20 minutes of being there. Had to ask a waitress if she know who’s section we were in because we haven’t been helped. She looked annoyed and said she’ll figure it out. Then she came back with another waitress and asked if we recall what our waitress looked like. We said no we haven’t been helped we are wondering who’s section we are in. The nicer of the two said she’ll just take our table. Also they weren’t busy by any means. Just felt like they needed to be trained properly considering we saw 3 other tables just be ignored for a decent amount of time too. The food was something I could’ve made at home, this place is definitely somewhere u go once and then never again just to say you’ve been.

   We sat inside because it was chilly outside. The interior is very basic and not uncomfortable. Seating outside along the Riverwalk looks much nicer. This is basic pub food. Food was delivered quickly. The waiters are nice but very busy.

   They only had one server for the entire outside. It took a long time to even be acknowledged, difficult to get a second drink in within an acceptable amount of time. The server was working hard but couldn’t get to us as she was very busy.

   Incredibly poor quality food. The menu sounds fantastic, but I believe the facility is spending all of their money on rent for this awesome location and none on the actual food.

   The tacos were much better than anticipated and the location on the river was 💗💗 Our waitress was quite pleasant and personable.

   It was a very windy day after a long day of running the Chicago Marathon. When we arrived, we were told that the only option for dining would be outdoors. Though they supplied the outdoor heaters, the wind was unbearable. We chose to stay because all restaurants were booked after the marathon. We were told by the host, go across the street to our sister restaurant. The beer is better!” And then another waitress saw us moving the table closer to the heater and she just yelled out to us, You can’t do that!! - not realizing the host told us to move it. We had no idea the entire indoor dining was reserved for a party!! It was a bad experience since our napkins were blowing off the table! The one saving grace was our waitress, Sophie and another gentleman, whom I wish I asked his name. They were both professional and tried to put us at ease as best they could. So beware!!! You may want to call ahead of time to make sure there is no private party happening the day of your reservation!!

    The food is basic at best and very expensive. We chose this restaurant for its location, and expected to pay city prices however 3 out of 4 of our party didn’t eat their meal. Our server also did not come back to us. We could’ve left without paying bill but sought out another employee to pay our bill. Do not recommend, even for pretty river views.
