   Expensive brunch for 5 for French toast, salad and waffles. Overall food was really good but service was not up to par. Mid shift change with limited tables and no support for our waitress.

   We attended the mother's day brunch and while we enjoyed our food, we had a hard time finding our server when we needed something. We understand it was busy, but we had a reservation and expected better service from an upscale restaurant like this.

   This is maybe our 40th time dining here. We LOVE the restaurant, love the bar, and have celebrated numerous times here. This was our first time experiencing their “Brunch Buffet” and also (I believe) the restaurants first time doing it on their 12th floor rooftop space. The View was STUNNING. The views are great of Wauwatosa and Downtown. At $85 per person, we did have very high hopes, as we were comparing to the buffet brunches at the Pfister hotel downtown and others we’ve had. Here’s my review: The sausage and bacon were low on quantity every time I went up and were barely warm, just a touch above cold. The “fingerling potatoes” were mostly charred ends and potato pieces, so not quite the same delicious fingerling potatoes they use downstairs in the restaurant for regular brunch service. The waffles they had were DELICIOUS, but the pancakes looked disappointing, and like a frozen product, not fresh. The Oysters and Shrimp displays were nice. The Shrimp here are always excellent, large, and incredibly fresh. The bottomless mimosa aspect was great. A huge carafe of juice and endless bottles of bubbly left at the table help prevent the long wait for refills. So we LOVED that. The carving station was what we were most excited about, however the meat was also nearly cold. OVERALL, we will ABSOLUTELY come back as this is a family favorite restaurant, and I understand brunch buffets are tough, but there needs to be a bit more attention to detail on these events, more supervision over the food levels and temperatures, and better focus on the delivery. Especially at $85 a person. Our server Juan, was EXCELLENT.

   The ambiance was perfect. Upscale and updated. Cocktails, Tuna tartare, cheese fritters and crème brûlée were delicious. The cauliflower entree was minuscule-not worth ordering. The server brought us incorrect drinks without us asking for them and then charged us. The hostess/ manager was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

   I love the rotating menu, small plates, the atmosphere, and the specialty cocktails. My wife and I eat here frequently on date nights, and each time we find something new to try. We especially enjoy sitting in the cozy booths with the little pillows.

    I was underwhelmed. Expensive for the amount of food we had. Definitely trendy hotel pricing. Noisy, especially if you sit near the bar area because the open concept makes it louder. Nice atmosphere for a cocktail but not for dining. Food was ok, but nothing special.
