With our appreciation for modern American cuisine and a motivation driven by locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, we invite you to share our food and admire the simplicity in culinary art. Come and enjoy the live fire creations that Executive Chef, Jose Gonzalez creates to share with you. Our name, which translates to Fire+Ice, offers inspiration in all that we do.

Enjoy our beautiful open dining room or our warm seasonal patio with live music every Thursday. Located by Mayfair Mall on the corners of North Ave and HWY 100.

Excellent welcoming host, friendly & helpful waitress, amazingly delicious food! First time there and truly enjoyed the experience. Beautiful setting and atmosphere. We will return to try other menu items.

Our server was extraordinary! We don’t have her name but she deserves recognition. Friendly, attentive, and always there when we needed her. Her smile made our day! The food was off the charts delicious! You will see us again soon!

This is a great place for cocktails and appetizers. Broiled oysters, smoked old fashioned, etc. Entree options are a little limited and slightly underseasoned, but we'll go back.

I came in to try this restaurant for the fist time and I was pleasantly surprised. My server let me know about the restaurant and menu seasonally changing. I love beign adventurous so I tried some of the new food the Thai curry salmon was amazing! Fresh flavors that were incredible. My server was very attentive. I will definitely be back.

Went for Sunday brunch around 11:00 and at one point we were the only people in the restaurant. Very surprising because it is a very nice looking restaurant. My hash was fine but my wife did not like the avocado Benedict and said it was too mushy. I think this is more of a dinner restaurant but since it’s attached to a hotel it needs to be open all day. Think they would be better off just serving a regular breakfast and then maybe a brunch for special occasions. When we left, there were only two other tables being served. My recommendation is to try it out for dinner. I know it’s hard to be in the hospitality industry right now so best of luck.

Food and ambience were great. The steaks were beautifully prepared. But the halibut had the most amazing sauce. My favourite was the raspberry point oysters from PEI. They were the creamiest and cleanest-tasting oysters that I have tasted. I had to order a second serving. Definitely will return here on my next trip.

We went there on Father’s Day for brunch. I felt horrible for our waitress because the place was very understaffed. She was great, but unfortunately, we waited a long time. The food was fine but not worth the wait. I probably won’t be returning.

I rarely write reviews but felt our experience warranted one. Our entrees were not properly cooked. My husband had the Friday fish fry. The fish and fries were not crispy at all. My sea bass was served almost raw. I returned it and they just recooked the same fish. One piece was cooked through but burned in the outside. The other piece was still not cooked through. The wine was overpriced and not as advertised (my dry rose was very fruity) and the blue cheese stuffed olives in my husband’s martini were actually stuffed with feta…huge difference. Overall, we felt we paid way to much for a bad meal. Sorry to say…i had high hopes.
