   Had been to one in Houston but this one was not the same. My steak had very little taste. It was cooked as I wanted but the quality of the meat was not what I expected. Not what I would expect from any GOOD steak house. There are a couple of others in the area next time I will go to one of them. Staff was wonderful friendly.

   We took our children to Perry’s for the first time for their high school and junior high graduation dinner. We picked Perry’s for this special occasion and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food was delicious as always but just keep reading. As dinner was being served to our table the waiter accidentally spilled my husbands entire glass of red wine and the rest of our bottle on my husbands white shirt. We understand that accidents happen, however I do not feel that the manager fairly compensated my husband. He came to the table and apologized and then asked what he could do for us and then said he would figure it out and be back. The waiter brought my husband a fresh glass of some sort of red wine and did not bring me anymore even though the rest of our bottle spilled and was gone. The managers solution to the situation was to compensate our bottle of wine and brought us 2 desserts. Mind you my husbands shirt was not save-able and he had to sit for the rest of our dinner soaked and being stared at. See picture. My daughter had looked at the menu before we went because she was so excited and knew she wanted he chocolate cake for dessert and I felt awkward ordering it since we already had 2 desserts on the table that we chosen by the manager. I feel that the compensation was poor, to say the least, considering the situation. It’s unfortunate because Perry’s is one of mine and my husbands favorite restaurants and this was just so disappointing especially because it was a special occasion for our children. I feel that the manager could have done much better especially knowing (because we booked on opentable) that this was a special occasion. The waiter congratulated them at the end so I know that he knew. Do better Perry’s management. 😢

   The service was amazing. The servers work together to make sure the food arrives to the tables promptly. It was my second time there and I will definitely be going back. There's too many other dishes to try.

   The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable and the ambiance was just the right amount of background noise while feeling like you had some privacy. It's pricey, but the whole experience was well worth it.

   We celebrated Mother’s Day brunch here and wow — everything was exceptional. From the warm welcome at the door to the last bite of dessert, Perry’s delivered an unforgettable experience. The brunch menu was thoughtfully curated, and the food came out perfectly prepared — the pork chop was as legendary as promised, and the mimosas were flowing! Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed — ideal for a family celebration.    I had the pork chop dinner, my son recommended this to me. The pork chop meat was not fully cooked. I got very sick overnight by eating undercooked pork chops. On top of this happening, I was at the restaurant for my birthday. Ugh… But I did like our waiter waiting on our table. I’m sorry to say, I won’t be back because of this uncooked pork chop incident. ☹️👎

   Outstanding, excellent, perfect.....as always. We are repeat customers. From our favorite server Mike, to the Management staff, chef, cooks, floor assistants.....we always have the best experience at Perry's Schaumburg. Even the valet staff treats us well. We drive from the south suburbs all the way to Schaumburg because it's our favorite Perry's location. Keep doing what you're doing.
