We used to like this place but it has definitely gone downhill since we last dine in. There were sure fire signs along the way. For starters there usually are no same-day reservations available but yesterday (4th of July weekend), there were plenty of open spots. My kiddos love this buffet so we decided to give it a go. Well - the pizza was definitely cardboard. My pizza-lover girl said “yuck”. Oof…she had 2 bites of her Mac and cheese and dried tater tots and was done. For adults, the meat cuts were decent but nothing spectacular. The sad part was the noodles looked like it’s sitting out and dried out, the Mexican rice was totally fried and dried. Absolutely unappetizing. Cakes looked like they were store-bought. Yeap not going back! C’mon Legoland management, do something about this restaurant!

Our experience could have been better. We ordered kids' meals first, hoping the children could eat before the adults, but the wait time was much longer than expected. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, it was cold. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and jasmine rice, and the rice in particular was not hot at all. Additionally, I wasn't asked about my membership, so I missed out on a potential discount. No one offered a water refill during our visit either, which was disappointing. Overall, the service and attention to detail were lacking, and it impacted the dining experience.

Not typically the type of place we would choose for dinner, but the day got away from us and we needed a dinner in a pinch. With the Elite Legoland membership, we paid around $92 for 2 adults and 2 kids, plus tip. I am gluten and dairy free, and plant-based. My son is also gluten and dairy free, and we also choose to do not give our kids any artificial food dyes. Chef Edward came to our table shortly after being seated and escorted me around the buffet showing me everything that would be safe options, things to steer clean of, and also offered to make my son and I a gluten/dairy free pizza. He was extremely accommodating and so kind. We rarely go to buffets since the price is typically far more than we would consume/it tends to be cheaper, unhealthy choices. I wouldn’t say this was a healthy place, but there was a nice variety of healthy options. Dessert options that were GF/DF/Dye free were limited: applesauce, sliced peaches (canned), and apples. We don’t typically have dessert, but since he wanted something I made my him a peach rice pudding by dicing up the peaches, adding some plain white rice, some honey, and a splash of soy milk. Cinnamon would have made it really good, but it turned out decent this way. All in all, we were happy with our choice. The woman who sat us even went out and brought back some legos for the boys to play with at the table while we ate. We would prefer a wider variety of healthier options, but we would be open to eating here again in the future if we find ourselves needing convenience again. It was fun for the kids, clean, had decent options for the kids, and on site.

Very typical hotel buffet, nothing special. Service was good. Was sat quickly when we arrived for our reservation.

Our room had burnt out bulbs and the tv had major glitching issues which rendered it useless. View from room was of an overgrown abandoned road which added to the outdated and unkept look of the room. This is my third stay at Lego resort and overall disappointing to see how many things are broken or rundown. The carpet throughout the building is stretched in spot to the point of becoming tripping hazards. We also ate at the castle restaurant and food was lack luster and waitress only took our order and then disappeared until she wanted payment. Never checked on us and our overcooked food. Really went downhill and may consider alternatives for hotel if we come again.

Make a reservation! Although it is complimentary you can be turned away if the restaurant is full. We nearly got turned away at the door but took the option to be seated outside which was not expected so my littles didn’t have a sweater and were cold. Food was great! Drinks like orange and apple juice kept running out. 3.5/5

2nd night to eat here. Food quality was lower than the day before. Cups and silverware ran out and had to wait to be replaced. Very noisy this night, more so than the night before. Noticed people were leaving full plates of food at their tables.

Not really worth the money. Its nice because of the lego theme and characters. But that's it. If you are staying there just go for the free breakfast that comes with the room.
