Offshore is a bright and airy rooftop bar open year-round on the third floor at the East end of Navy Pier. With collapsable floor to ceiling windows you get sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s city skyline. Our globally inspired menu features items from coast to coast that include light to substantial fares.

Outdoor seating is not guaranteed! It is on a first come first served basis.
21 years of age and older after 9pm daily.
The last reservation is one hour before closing.

Told them we wanted to seat outside when I made the reservations and we got there and they sat us in the middle of the floor. Like really couldn’t see the fireworks had to leave our food to go watch them if I made reservations over a month ago. Drinks was good for the price and the service that about it

The food is good typical American shore food which is what i like … the ambiance is amazing if you love summer lake vibes . It’s a bit noisy during weekends because of the music playing downstairs but everything was nice .

We had a great brunch! Great service and food! Our waiter Victor was also especially attentive to us and we enjoyed everything we ordered!

Offshore Rooftop is located at the end of Navy Pier with near-360 degree, spectacular views of the lake and city. They have indoor seating under an all-glass ceiling as well as outdoor seating overlooking the lake. The menu is limited.(reminds me of pub fare) but the food is very good. Most notable are the Ahi Tina and Watermelon poke bowl and the seared salmon. They also have a good hamburger and great fish and chips (thin fries not British-style wide fries). We also had the prosciutto and parmesan flatbread which was very good. The service was excellent (very friendly, attentive but not overly so, and really knew the menu). Pricey for pub fare but not unreasonable considering the location and amazing views. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly diminished by the air conditioning and noise. They use standalone AC units that are very noisy and blow cold air directly on the majority of tables, and the quality of the music system is poor so the music is loud but muffled. The AC and music made it very hard to have a conversation and everyone in our party wanted to get the bill and get out of the cold/noise. The weather and ambiance was great outside so we ended up hanging out on the deck after dinner before walking back to the city. Overall, a nice experience that would have been perfect if not for the AC and noise.

Ordered fish and chips and it was delicious. The scenery was great but it was a little warm but we sat in front of a cooler so that made it bearable. Our server was great. Overall a positive experience.

The waitress was pleasant but the food was not good for it to be over priced. Didn’t like my food or my drink neither did my husband. Will not recommend this restaurant.

Went to celebrate a birthday and had Ethan as our server. Things started rocky but picked up fast and Ethan was able to provide exceptional service and get us taken care of the entirety of our time there. Food was good and mimosas good.

Our server (Samantha) was more concerned about making sure that the other tables had their bottomless mimosas than making sure we were being helped. After being there for 20 minutes we had to ask who our server was because we hadn’t been spoken to, though she passed by us to two other table to fill their glasses MANY times. I also saw her having a good time and talking to a party. She gave no apology about making us wait so long and only came back twice throughout the meal. I had reservations so that’s what made it more upsetting. The bug issue is insane. I wouldn’t have had a problem with the amount of bugs had I been outside eating but I wasn’t. Three times I found bugs in my water so after the third time I decided to not drink from there. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place.
