We arrived about 30 minutes ahead of our reservation and they still seated us immediately with no questions. Quick, courteous service. Food arrived pleasantly quicker than expected. Food was excelled.

We started with the Nachos which were very "soupy" (they use crema instead of melting cheese which left a pool at the bottom of the bowl). We had the Chicken Burrito which was ok and the Shrimp Quesadilla which was overly spicy. The waitress was very attentive and quick with our requests.

First visit back since pandemic. Brenda our server was excellent. Very attentive during our dining experience. It had a lively atmosphere, but wasn’t overly loud. We both had enchiladas which were excellent. The only knock to the experience were the sides with the meal. The rice was a bit overcooked. Overall would go back again.

Took the kids as we were stranded in Las Vegas due to the Southwest cancellations. They kids did enjoy visiting the hotel and the fun atmosphere of Diablos cantina. Our waitress was super friendly. We loved the Nachos! My daughter has a dairy allergy and they were happy to accommodate.

The food was ok but I would probably try something different next time. I had the barbacoa enchiladas, the meat was good but the sauce was not. My drink, the spicy margarita was good but I was never offered another one after my first. The server was nice but awkward at the end, he waited for me to sign the bill/tip, it was just weird. Normally they leave it and walk away, it just felt like they wanted us to go. Oh and it’s a bit too dark.

Niece turned 21 and took to Vegas. We are from Houston. We were watching a show in this hotel which is why we booked dinner here. We were about 10 minutes late due to taxi on strip taking forever. They were upset we were late and rude about it. They did seat us about 10 minutes later. Oh and there were a lot of open tables and employees standing around so they didn’t seem too busy. Service was very slow and they did not seem interested in helping us much. Disappointing because I have eaten here once before and service was about the same. Not sure I will bring anyone back here in the future. Food was ok but expensive—which is normal for Vegas so wasn’t worried about that.

We enjoyed our dining experience here. The food was tasty, as were the drinks. The service was fine. We enjoyed fajitas, enchiladas and tacos. The guacamole was very good. Would return here if I’m ever at the Luxor.

The chips and salsa were good. I’ve had drinks before here and they were god. Our server was great however I think the restaurant overall was short staffed. My only Complaint is the hostess. They were very rude and did not listen to a request we had made. There were two women havinf a conversation we were walked up and continued to ace a conversation while my family and I were waiting for them to greet us.

Had lunch early on a Monday so the place was pretty empty and quiet. The server was very friendly and the food came out fast. It was good but nothing exceptional that would make me rank it above any standard chain mexican place. For that reason seemed pretty over priced. I would eat there again but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

We visited Diablo’s Cantina at the Luxor on the first night of our trip to Las Vegas to renew our wedding vows. My wife knows a person that recommended it and she really wanted to cost it. The restaurant itself was nice and open, and had a nice vibe to it. The cost was reasonable, and we decided to get a couple of items to share. She was recommended the Nachos, so we ordered the $10 nachos and Diablo’s Enchilada Platter for $29 that included a chicken, beef and shrimp enchilada. We also ordered the El Gordo strawberry frozen margarita as a drink to share. The nachos were absolutely worth it. For $10, you can’t get a better value than this, and they were delicious! The enchiladas were good, hard to say fully worth $29, but they had good flavor and we were unable to completely finish everything, they came with rice and beans too, as thr El Gordo 45oz Margarita was also doing us in. For $20, rather than get 2 $14 margaritas, definitely go this route and share if you will, you even get to keep the cup. We will put this place on our lists to return to in the future, especially for the nachos and margarita.

This restaurant looked like it had been robbed. Tons of chairs missing from tables, tables were beat up and looked dirty. It was loud and full of cigarette smoke. The waitress was very kind and attentive - but the food was just ok, pork carnitas were on - but rice and beans were cold. The beef in my husbands tacos was dry and tough. Margarita was basically just sour mix. Was extremely disappointing in comparison to the other wonderful meals we had on our trip.

Experience was amazing. Only had 1 issue with our food that came out, not being what my wife had ordered, but it was taken care of right away. Our waitress(can’t remember her name, but she was pregnant) was very attentive and took care of us.

Had a group dinner here, the restaurant is in the middle of the Luxor so it's kind of dark and had a so-so vibe. There were lots of other large groups. Food was okay - I had the steak fajitas and they were a little on the chewy side. Others got tacos and liked them. The waiter was friendly, but it took a really long time to get the check when we were done.

I love the food at Diablo’s , I took my family in June and everything was amazing. This trip (Sept) my wife and I went back , and it was enjoyable . Value , location and Flavors . Diablo’s Cantina is one of our Favorite locations in Vegas .
