We were celebrating a birthday and out for a business dinner. I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday prior on OpenTable but there was no mention or acknowledgment of it throughout our diner. I found it annoying to have to wait at the front to be seated until the rest of our party joined. I felt that the booking and reminders about cancelations and then being held at the front were all a bit aggressive. I like to I arrive and have a drink while waiting. Not to be almost scolded to wait here until everyone arrives. I feel that turned me off of the restaurant and not sure I would return despite the food being very good.

One of the most over priced restaurants we have been to in Vegas. Food was good but serving size very small. Waiter was very nice. You display delicious looking bread in the front window but can’t even include a slice with dinner. Came hungry and left hungry.

We tried Bugsy's as we didn't have time to go down to the steakhouse we love on Fremont Street and we were staying at Flamingo. I am prefacing this with saying that I don't mind paying for a very expensive meal if the food and experience is worth it. My husband ordered the dry-aged bone in ribeye while I ordered the prime cap with the oscar topping on the side. We each had soup. I had lobster bisque which was very good (Except they put crab meat on it instead of lobster?) and my husband had french onion he said was good. Our steaks came and they were terrible. My prime cap was no cap at all. There was a little sliver of cap at the bottom of what looked like they sliced the bottom off of a NY Strip and was THIN and well done which was nothing that I ordered. For other cap lovers you look for the texture and flavor and it had neither. It honestly looked like a steak you would get at Denny's with steak and eggs. The Oscar tasted like re-warmed crab, bleh. My husbands bone-in dry aged ribeye was pretty much raw when he ordered medium and was so cordy that he could not cut it with a steak knife. He had to stop eating it as it made him gag. He won't ever complain, as he thinks the cooks will retaliate so he just brought it home for our dog. He said well let's get dessert which was strawberry shortcake cheesecake that was supposed to have fresh strawberries. It came a little stale round cheesecake like you get at a gas station with strawberry sauce with cut strawberries and freeze dried strawberries on top??? So $433 (with 10% discount from Hilton) and we had pretty good soup. We will not go back.

Waiter didn’t seem to want to be there. We had to ask about specials. I’ve been to fancier restaurants and the waiter has always tried to be personable and have recommendations. When it was time for the bill, we used a company card for a portion of it.. and cash for the rest. And he made sure to say to tip regarding the full amount and not just what we put on the card. Food was ok… nothing really special. Not somewhere I’d feel like I have to return back to.

We decided to go to the restaurant because they had king crab legs reasonably listed for $75. However when we arrived and the waitress listed the menu prices along with the size (oz) of the crab legs and “enhancement” items for the steak I was very disappointed. $75 gets you 8 oz of king crab leg. We ordered the Brussels sprouts to share which the amount was plenty but they were way too over flavored. All I could taste was balsamic vinegar. I couldn’t taste the cheese or actual Brussels sprouts. The lobster Mac and cheese was just ok. The lobster tail was adequate in size but did not taste cooked properly. Now I’m more of a crab leg girl but the lobster tasted undercooked and a bit gross. The tomalley taste is not something I prefer while others consider it a delicacy. If you are someone who enjoys the green part of the lobster also known as hepatopancreas, good for you and you will most likely love the lobster. Again for me, it’s just not palatable. The Foie Gras as was amazing, TRULY AMAZING. It is also very filling! The lobster bisque was delicious and I could have eaten my weight in their lobster bisque! My martini was AMAZING but not listed on the menu I didn’t realize 1 martini was over $31. 3 of us are for $467. 4 drinks. No dessert. No coffee. 1 steak. 1 order of scallops. 1 order of and an entree “enhancement” of lobster tail of Foi Gras. 1 lobster Mac and cheese appetizer. 2 Lobster Bisque soups. Waitress was wonderful!

First time trying dry aged steak. Steak specialists said online that the steak melts in your mouth, but this steak was hard and dry. They don't know how to cook a well done steak. The server never asked how my steak was. The salmon was dry also. For $200 it was a complete disappointment.

We had the 10 oz filets, and my wife added the lobster tail. My filet was served as a perfect medium, with a fantastic sear. My wife's lobster tail was enormous.. we were honestly shocked. It was delicious. We had two sides to share. The portions were more than adequate for two people. The roasted brussel sprouts were really good. The service was also top notch. Our server, Eric, was friendly and efficient.

Reserved table wasn’t ready for additional 20 minutes after reserved time. Waited over an hour and a half to receive our food after our order was placed (it was a party of 3). Multiple hairs were found under one of the steaks. We were given a complimentary piece of bread and a dessert.

The restaurant is beautiful, great feel when you walk in. Perhaps our situation is unique but we waited an hour and a half for dinner- we ordered a two steaks and a lobster tail. The food was Luke warm and the steaks were extremely dry- it was so disappointing. The waiter was trying to help out, he brought us 3 sauces but it still couldn’t fix the steaks. The waiter said it was a busy night but it still didn’t make up for the fact our bill was $400 and our meal was terrible. I would not go back there.

Just fabulous!!!!! Our 2nd time there. This time they had a special of caesar salad, filet, lobster tail for $120 and we ordered that thinking it will be a small petit filet and small tail...well it was NOT! We were totally surprised!!!! It was a perfect serving for the price and was just delicious!!!!
