   The hostess was rude and a lil’ ageist. We had one drink order filled and left after an hour passed with empty glasses - it wasn’t an ‘in the weeds’ situation. Yes, we know you are four stories underground, but I’m sure you could figure out how to properly wire a drum kit (buy a drum shield with all those sold out rezzies!) where it doesn’t sound like gunfire. I *guess* if you need to go to say you’ve been, go for it. I was told by a number of folk that this was a can’t-miss when we visited and what an absolute letdown.

While we didn’t receive specifics, we’re following up to ensure all interactions reflect our values. We appreciate you mentioning our live music, as we try to offer a diverse range of performances to suit different tastes at no charge. Being a unique underground venue in a 150 year old lagering tunnel poses challenges with volume at times. We’re continuing to refine our service and sound setup to better balance ambiance and comfort in our unique space. We appreciate you giving us a try and hope you’ll consider a return visit.

   We were so excited to visit, but then extremely disappointed to wait 45 minutes for the band to start. Our waitress came by infrequently and pushed us out well before the two hour period.

We strive to provide guests with an unforgettable haunt each night at Ghost Baby, and we’re sorry to have missed the mark during your visit. While we offer complimentary live music, our bands don’t play continuously. Your 8:00pm reservation was seated 15 minutes early, but the next set began at 8:15, which caused the delay in music. We apologize for the confusion. More importantly, we’re sorry the service felt rushed or inattentive. That’s never our intention. We’d love to welcome you back during a set time of your choice and provide the warm, attentive service you deserve.

   We used to go Ghost baby pretty often. Now it deteriorated into a very low class loud cheap hang out place where you're being told upon walking in "you have your reserved table for an hour and a half". Really? Well, the "show" was so bad and so freaking loud that we left after 20 minutes. Not coming back anytime soon.

    Such a cool vibe and great jazz ensemble on a Wednesday evening. Loved the cocktails but need to bring back the charcuterie boards or some type of snacks!
