When we arrived, we were promptly seated, but it took about 10 minutes before a server came by to offer drinks—even though we were clearly still waiting on two more guests. When it came time to order, we selected the hash from the brunch menu. The server asked whether we wanted a 2 oz or 6 oz steak, and we clearly stated our preferences. However, when the food arrived, the manager informed us that each plate came with a 3 oz steak, which confused us, as that didn’t match what we had ordered. The manager then spoke with the server, who explained that the manager wasn’t familiar with the current breakfast offerings and hadn’t worked a morning shift in some time. Additionally, we were never offered refills on our water throughout the meal, which further detracted from the experience. We’ve dined at the Summerlin location several times and have consistently had better service there. We hope to see improvements in service at the Forum location moving forward.

I’ve dined here many times when I come in for work. Unfortunately this time was an absolute disaster. They had to come back to the table several times with things they were out of; there were 7 of us and 5 out of the 7 of us had issues with our order. A burger ordered medium rare no tomato came well done with tomato, a bowl with salmon came with chicken, lasagna they couldn’t make for lack of ingredients, no AG1 for a specific drink, no ingredients for Negroni’s when they said they could make it — by the end it was laughable how many things went wrong. They were not super busy - a Monday night and they were rushing as if they had a multiple large groups. It was a complete debacle.

Our server Nate was very good-attentive, responsive to our needs and friendly. Food was very good and menu offers many delicious and nutritious options. I love this place.

Arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated near a noisy kitchen & bar area, at a table next to a shelf of stacked dishes, etc that was constantly accessed by wait staff, even though there were plenty of other better tables that were empty with nicer chairs (our chairs were very uncomfortable.) Then it took a long time for wait staff to acknowledge us and offer glasses of water. And an additional longer wait before a waitress came to take our orders.

This was our first time at True Food and the food was delicious! I ordered the American burger and also ordered the ancient grains, both delicious! Our server was very welcoming and plessant. We highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
