Our waiter David we great! The Chef did a great job with the presentation and taste of the food. The roasted chicken was perfectly cooked, and the Shrimp Tacos and Caesar Salad were great as well. We will recommend and return in the future!

Took my husband to celebrate Father’s Day and we had a great time. The food delicious, that was the best guacamole I ever had. Would definitely recommend and return

Father’s Day Disappointment We decided to try Maximon Restaurant for their Father’s Day special and left extremely disappointed. The $75 plate was advertised by our server as a meal for two, which made sense given the price — but it turned out to be just one poorly executed entrée. The "double the brisket and steak" was misleading, and to make matters worse, the steak came out undercooked and had to be sent back. When it finally returned, it was barely improved. The taste was bland, and nothing about the meal justified the high price. This was supposed to be a special treat, but instead, it felt like we were overcharged for a subpar experience. I’ve had better meals at half the cost elsewhere. If you’re looking for flavor, value, and honest service — I suggest looking elsewhere. Maximon

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my twin sister and had excellent service. Carla I believe was our server and was very attentive. Food came out quickly as well as our drinks. This was I believe my fourth time coming and I love it here.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite spots in Baltimore City, but it's definitely gone downhill all but thanks to the menu. They used to have some excellent dishes on the menu including the pastrami tacos and the scissor steak fajitas, which have been taken off the menu since a new chef came in. Total disappointment. We tried a bunch of dishes last night and none of them were anything worth writing home about or recommending. For being a higher end restaurant in the nicest hotel in Baltimore city, I expect more/better and I don't understand why the menu was altered so significantly. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
