   Limited menu but great for small plates and food was delicious Nice atmosphere with table games and game machines and two great bars Something a little different and enjoyable

   We have eaten there many times, however, this time it took 10 min to get water and 15 min for the waitress to come over. She walked by 3x and did not acknowledge us either time. When she finally showed up, she never apologized for the wait. It was not busy, we were the second table in. It was 5:36 by the time the apps and drinks were delivered. Food was great as usual but she is not a good waitress.

   We made reservation to Novelle with our guests 1.5 hours early before the concert started at Mohegan Sun Arena. We sat at the table with bottles of water for 45 min without any food after finding other guests came in at the same time finished their main dishes. After approaching to the waitress to find the progress of our food, the response from the waitress was " sorry, the kitchen lost your order ticket". She walked away immediately without any sincere apology. The appetizer and main dishes came in at right timing afterwards. The food was delicious as usual. However, the desserts never arrive. The second waitress was very nice to offer packing the dessert for us after complaining. We didn't accept the offer as it was 5 min before the concert started and the box would be trashed as no food allowed to bring in from outside the Mohegan Sun Arena.

   We loved Novelle! It was our first time there and it was the ultimate dining experience! Gorgeous and beautifully decorated restaurant with an incredible jazz band! They even sat us front and center! The music was so great we didn't want to leave for our concert! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fantastic food! All around great experience!!!

   I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to check out a new place @Moeghan Sun Casino to check out Novelle! Great ambiance, great cocktail, bands playing and great service! We went before a concert and we were in & out in under an hour.

   The service was absolutely horrible. Sat at bar, waited 10 minutes to get recognized, then it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Placed an order for three apps to share, received one, and we had to ask where the other two were. They screwed up putting the order in. I got a $16 martini, and there was nearly a half inch of room left in glass. When I asked the bartender to top it off, she said "they're deep glasses" and walked away. This was even with 3 olives in it. We certainly understand when places may be short staffed, which might have been the case, but they were completely unapologetic about everything. And tontop.it off, it took 15 minutes to track someone down to pay the bill. The one bartender was on her phone away from the bar, I approached her, and she ignored me. Finally, I was able to pay the bill, and I have absolutely no regrets not tipping when I, on average, tip at least 25%. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place. Any casino restaurant should always be over staffed, especially on a Saturday evening.

   New bartender who was still learning but incredibly kind and attentive. Food was good and music was a big part of the charm. Will return soon.

    There was live music that was absolutely fantastic. Drinks were great along with the atmosphere. We were able to share some plates and just chill while listening to music. Service was excellent and didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be back.
