Dustin was an amazing server and very patient with us! We were able to thoroughly enjoy our meal and he offered recommendations since it was our first time. Would definitely go back!

Dustin took great care of us at our late lunch as we enjoyed Italian wine, beer, a refreshing pear tricolor salad, creamy hazelnut & truffled honey bruschetta , and crispy tartufo pizza. The service is stellar and the ingredients are so high in quality, each dish sings with flavor! What a delight!

My husband and I came here after watching a movie at the nearby IPIC. We started with the garlic bread, and wow—what an experience! I wish I’d taken a picture, but the smell was just too irresistible to wait. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. My husband had the breakfast croissant (pro tip: adding bacon and avocado takes it to the next level), and it was absolutely delicious. I stole a bite of his eggs and genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had eggs that rich and creamy. Their drinks never disappoint either! Since it’s summer, I couldn’t resist ordering an Aperol Spritz, and it hit the spot! Our waitress, Allie, was an absolute sweetheart! Incredibly attentive and fun! She even recommended a yummy spot down the road where we had the best gelato we’ve ever had in the states. We love Elisabetta’s! Perfect date spot !

Food was amazing as always, service was great we just had to deal with very loud guests to us which sort of affected our dinner. But overall a good experience it’s our favorite Italian restaurant in our area

The server lance and his manager, Alex were incredible. I had a bit of a problem and that I had asked that my entrée be delivered after I was finished with my salad. It turned out. You did not have the entrée of the day which on Wednesday is lasagna so we ordered the chicken Parmesan unfortunately it arrived within 30 seconds whereas I had barely begun my salad Lance offered to take it back and either reheat it or remake it but at that point I just wanted to get on with my supper so I said you can just leave it. He was astute enough to mention the issue to the manager, Alex, who offered me an extremely generous solution for which both my dining partner, and I were very grateful.

We noted that it was our anniversary in our reservation. Not only was this not noticed (or at least acknowledged), the service was really bad. We sat down and ordered and watched as people who were sat after we placed our order made their own order, received their food and nearly finished by the time our food arrived. I kept trying to get the attention of the server to check on the status but she wouldn't even look over in our direction for me to make eye contact/flag her down. Finally after a long time she came by to say there was an issue and the manager would come by to talk to us. He did but he just sort of mumbled something neither of us understood. We finally got our food and one of our dishes was just not good so we both shared the other. Then came the check - we were really surprised nothing was comped (not because of the anniversary, but because of the really long wait). We have been to this restaurant before and had a positive experience but this was a disappointment on a special day.
