Food was delicious. The wine list is a little sparse , service is very friendly. Only issue is it was so noisy, it was hard to carry on a conversation.

Like Open Table, Like Landry's, Like Saltgrass, enjoy the Pasadena location. Close to home. Good service mostly. Today our server was really good. So very attentive almost to a fault haha. Biz lunch. We took our time with ordering. Fried pickles were good but I took them home. Always like the big lump of bread. Ordered chicken fingers with broc. I forgot to give the waitress my Landrys card.

I've been here a few times and always good. This time remarkably the longest wait I've experienced. Yes we were 15 minutes early but there had to be at least 4 parties waiting in the lobby. About 40 people total. We were greeted and check in but we didn't get our table until 6pm. The waiter was good nice young man. Food very good as usual. Had an adult bev. We made it to out 7pm movie just in time.

We are frequent visitors of this restaurante. The person that checked our reservation and took us to the table, was very close to be impolite. At the table we waited for more than 10 minutes to have a waiter with us. Fortunately after the cold welcome received, everything went ok.

The host at the front looked and acted like he did not want to be there. Our waiter was not very attentive to our needs. I had the Pat's ribeye which was tough. Probably the worst ribeye I've ever had. There was a family behind us that let their child scream the entire time we were there. We have been there several times before but won't be going back.

Staff was ready to seat us when we arrived. The wait staff was punctual and listened to my requests. The wife and I both ordered a filet medium rare. The steaks were cooked to perfection and delivered while still the right temperature.

Worst experience ever at this restaurant. We made reservations, which did absolutely no good. It took forever to get seated, the waiter was distracted because he had other larger tables, and one of the meals was incorrectly cooked. The waiter never came back to ask how the food was and we had to grab another waiter to take the food back to the kitchen to have it corrected. The rest of us were finished eating by the time that meal was brought back out, so my mother didn't get to eat her steak. It was my birthday, which was mentioned in the reservation, but the waiter never mentioned it and we all left the restaurant very disappointed. We have been coming there regularly for my birthday ever since I can remember, but we won't be back as a result of this experience. It's not a food problem with this restaurant. It is an employee problem.

This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had at this restaurant. My steak was inedible and my son’s burger was overcooked and dry. We will not be returning anytime soon.

We had a reservation at 7:30 but got there around 7 and we got sat down very quickly. We waited at our table maybe for about 10 min with no server. I kept looking around but no one came. After a while, a server came to our table and mentioned that he saw us looking around so he figured we hadn’t been helped. He took our drink order and said he would try and find out who was going to take care of us, he said he didn’t know who’s table it was but it it was okay for him to take care of us for the night and we gladly said yes. He was very attentive, checked up on us very often and was a good server over all. Food was fresh, drinks were cold, and the ambiance was great. I didn’t get his name but we sure are thankful for him.

The food was served with a smile. Hot & delicious variety for all types of picky eaters. The appetizer was scrumptious and the main course was tender. The gentleman was prompt on asking and making sure we had everything we needed. Extra points for the relaxing ambiance and clean restrooms. Overall a pleasing experience.

We had a reservation at 7, got sat down early. Didn’t eat until 7:45. We ordered food as soon as we sat down to speed up the process of food coming out on time but it took 45 min to come out. Ordered medium well steak but ended up being all pink, we didn’t ask for another one because it was going to take longer. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was extremely strong. It was as if they had squeezed so man fresh lemons, it was bad. The noice was extreme, so much to the point where you can’t focus. Fried pickles were delicious and very hot.

I'm a return dinner, food and service are always on point. Prices are equally matched with the quality of the steaks and sides. Take a minute and ask servers for recommendations they have tried. Great place to treat yourself and or family/ friends.

Service great, bread good, chicken and ribs platter OK but the problem was with ribs. The ribs may have been overcooked b/c the ribs bone was brittle. I chewed into the bone. yuck. The bones were soft. I could break the bones in half easily. How is that possible? Why did that happen?

Our server was very friendly and professional. We had an issue with one of the Pat Ribeye steaks, it had too much fat on it, we spoke to the manager about it and she said that it was normal, that if we didn’t want so much fat we should order a different steak next time. I feel she could have handled the situation in a very different way. We won’t be going back there for a while.
