   The service was great but the wait time was horrendous. We waited an hour to be seated and we had a reservation . It ruined Mother’s Day for my Wife and Mother-in-Law . Yes, the Mother-In-Law! We won’t go back again , as there are several other Churasterias with spot-on reservations. ***May 13, 2025 Response from Ivan to Fogo De Chao *** I am good, and I don't need to contact you through your website. Otherwise, I hope you improve your planning and scheduling for future quests because having two hungry moms waiting on Mother's Day is an absolute disaster!

   The restaurant was overbooked and even though we had a reservation, we had to wait over an hour to get seated.

   I understand that there are lots of people who enjoy this type of food and service. No us. Will never return. My wife enjoyed the sea bass, but they tried to sell her on the meat menu, which ridiculous, as she is vegetarian. I can’t eat tons of meat, and it’s very annoying to be constantly bothered by someone offering to give yo one slice at a time. Even with my pork chop entree, they insisted on slicing it; finally I got chunks. Then they toot it away, and I had to ask for the rest of it, which was then served over cooked; like disgusting shoe leather. And the salad bar had only cold items; yuck. I like my side dishes hot, at least warm. We had a gift card, and they tried to reduce the value of it by half, because we didn’t order the $72-$92 option. The only limit on the card was no Saturday or Holiday, which it wasn’t. After pointing it out, the server argued that it only applied to the $72 plus option, though that was in no way on the card. What a scam.

   Very nice restaurant. Everything was great…food, service, and price. Service was exceptional and very attentive. Not some place I would good on a regular basis but to celebrate something special, this would be one of my favorites.

   Erik & Eva were absolutely fantastic and so kind they made sure we were taken care of and we had great conversation and made us laugh we all had a lovely experience here coming back very soon!

    Excellent service and food quality. In our reservation, we noted that a member of our party needed accommodations for crutches/cast and the staff was prepared with our table. The primary server and team did a great job checking on us to make sure we had a variety of proteins. Anthony went above and beyond to engage with us and followed up on special requests. Appreciated the manager/lead coming by to wish us a Happy Easter and ensure all went well. Thank you for a great experience.
