STIR is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a night out, host clients, or sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters. Located in North Hills, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials, all prepared from scratch.

STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation.
The result is a categorically elevated cocktail. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure.

We welcome Raleigh to enjoy our unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood from the cold bar, and classic dishes in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

    I was pleasantly surprised that Jazz is available on Sunday and I will be coming back more often. Jacob was my server and was fantastic!! The food was delicious and the prices acceptable.

    Jacob our server was superb! Our drinks had black specs in them and my napkin was dirty. I suspect the dishwashing and cleaning is not up to par. The menus were filthy. Now remember why we don’t go here much.

    Brunch was great, the mason jar mimosa's, brunch bar, service and jazz band all made this a special meal for my husbands birthday!

    The food and atmosphere were great, but at 11 am in the morning it was sweltering in the restaurant. Saw more than one person fanning themselves with their menu and even heard the waitstaff commenting about how warm it was inside. Might try to come back in the fall.

    Delicious food! Took my husband there with my daughter for Father’s Day. There was a small jazzy band playing. The service was great as well!!

    Our server Mikalea was outstanding and took great care of us, only downside was it was extremely hot inside the restaurant near 76-80 degrees made dining a little unpleasant. Food was great though and valet parking was fantastic.

    I love Stir! It’s a nice vibe for brunch with friends or family. Drinks are delicious. Service is amazing, i actually feel that the servers love their job
