This intimate dinner experience begins high above the city with a visit to our rooftop garden, where guests will handpick herbs and garnishes that will inspire the night’s menu—an immersive start unlike any other in Toronto. From rooftop-to-table the journey continues with a four-course menu crafted by Executive Restaurant Chef Roland Torok-Ducharme, Chef Peter Pietruniak, and an exquisite finale by Pastry Chef Kapila Amaratunga. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Rosewood Estates Winery, with Winemaker Doug Mackenzie guiding guests through the vintages and the inspiration behind each pour.                               Brunch for four — started with the burrata appetizer, which was enjoyable. For mains: - The duck confit was dry (though it was kindly comped). - The carbonara was oily, dominated by pork flavor and lacked the expected creaminess. - The short rib hash was so-so. All the mains were overly salty which further detracted from the experience. While the service and ambience were excellent, the food overall fell disappointingly short especially considering the price point and the setting.

                              I was expect a lot from this restaurant but unhappily, I've been deceived. Despite the service was very good, the meal was ordinary. We took the tomahawk steak, that costs 235$ and is enough for 3 to share. We asked medium rare, received rare and the meat was hard to cut and needed to be chew so much it was not nice at all. I will not return there, cost a lot for few.
