   Food was great. Service friendly and efficient. Dining room was a bit too loud. Lovely views. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Definitely a great place

   We arrived a bit early and waited at the bar. It took 15 minutes for staff to ask us if we wanted drinks. The hostess did sit us at the appointed time and we were greeted by the server. She took our order promptly and drinks and appetizer appeared promptly. From there it went down hill it took an hour to get our salads and the entrees did not appear until I made an issue of it after waiting patiently for 90 minutes. Finally the entrees arrived. The salmon was blackened which is really odd given this is an Italian restaurant and served over creamed fettuccini. Nothing on the menu indicated that the preparation was blackened. To their credit they did comp us two drinks. Overall this restaurant was very disappointing ( mediocre food and terrible service) however the water views were nice

   Food was incredible but service was very spotty. Waitresses need more training and need to follow up with tables more consistently. Food was not brought out in order, just needs a good manager.

   Everything was fabulous. This restaurant is a gem. It has great staff and the food is always delicious.

   Well-prepared food, though served at a little slow pace. Otherwise, friendly, accommodating service. The room is very noisy when only half full.

   The only negative was the noise level. Yes when people drink, it happens, but it was VERY loud. Food was fantastic and we'll go back to try more dishes.

   The food is so good - we tried the “Lovers Quarrel” pizza as well as the chicken parm to share & they were both delicious. I’m obsessed with the pizza, the flavor combination is almost addictive. Ending our date night with a couple desserts to share, I cannot recommend the cannoli with pistachios enough!! This was my first time visiting Paradiso & I will definitely be back soon

   Family enjoyed our evening at Paradiso. We have been several times before. It is one of our favorite places to dine out Italian in EC. It was our first time dining on a weekend night and top it off “Holiday” (Valentine’s Day) here. Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed even at our earlier dining hour of 5:30p before rush. All dinning stages took longer, more than two times the normal. Pizza was amazing as usual. Ying Yang Scallop appetizer fell short at $20. Scallops were well seared but lacked flavor and the plate was smeared with two ying white and yang black tasteless purées. The lasagna had no traditional layers it. More like a blob of meet sauce, with a thick not totally cooked lasagna pasta and a pound of cheese on top to finish filling up the mini iron skillet. Everyone in our party tasted this and the scallop appetizer and none of us were impressed. Would not order those again. We ended with one of there great desserts, the tiramisu. It is big enough to share with 4 -6 people depending on how much you really want to “share” ;-) Overall we feel service and food quality fell short this particular visit due to the holiday and increased guests. We didn’t feel the bill matched the quality of the food received for this particular visit. Nonetheless, we will dine again during less peak periods and/or do to go when needed.

    I always get eggplant Parmesan and loved it as always. My husband enjoyed the NY strip too.
