Food was not the star as hoped. Seafood (Halibut, shrimp oysters) didn't seem as fresh tasting and smelling as hoped

This is our favorite sea food restaurant in Vegas. We come here every time we are in Vegas. The fish is very fresh and so are the oysters 😋.

The food was the best that we experienced in any of the Caesar's venues, including Hell's Kitchen. The service was attentive and prompt. From bread service through dessert the quality and taste of the food was outstanding. I had the scallops and found it to be one of the best preparations that I have ever had.

Our favorite seafood restaurant on the strip. You can’t go wrong… but get the clams and/or muscles. Incredible.

The food was absolutely delicious! The server provided an awesome experience . Upon checking in to advise the Host Station of my OpenTable reservation, he confirmed that he recognized my reservation and I was seated within 2-3 minutes. However, I received an email from OpenTable about my reservation being cancelled and that was not the case. In fact, we arrived at least 15 minutes prior to the reservation time. It was not busy when I arrived. So, I was disappointed when I received the email notification about my reservation being cancelled and a second email that said I did not show up. I certainly hope that I received the 100 points for this OpenTable reservation.

The Water Grill has been one of our very favorite restaurants. We been many times to the original in Santa Monica and we usually visit once or twice a year in Vegas. This time we were disappointed with the food quality. Oysters were not very fresh as usual. No Alaskan King Crab, but they did offer the King Crab nuggets, they also were not really fresh. Their usually delicious crab cake was made with a different type of crab and was not the same. Hope the restaurant gets back to its commitment with fresh ingredients and great food. We’ll go back and give them another chance.

I was looking for somewhere that had Swordfish on the strip for our anniversary dinner and came across the Water Grill. We looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. It was amazing! We started with a dozen Oysters and then ordered our entrees and side. Everything was so delicious and the wait staff was outstanding, attentive and knowledgeable. They even gave us a dessert for our anniversary, so kind of them. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Las Vegas.
