Welcome to Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Biloxi! We are open 7 days a week!! Walk-ins are welcome. Gluten-Free Menu is available upon request. Parties of 10 or more are considered Banquet Parties. Please make these large-party reservations by contacting us directly. At this time we highly suggest reservations at this location, due to limited seating. If you are arriving with people under the age of 21 , reservations are REQUIRED by hotel security.     This was our second time visiting this location and I must say it really missed the mark this time around. None of the food items were available, and honestly I think the restaurant is overhyped. I will say that our server Jada/Jade was great and the manager but other than that I won’t be returning.

    Great birthday experience !! Mia was awesome !! I loved Mia she is my Taurus ♉️ twin and amazing ! Give her a raise !! She went above and beyond ! I will be back for Mia. Plus the other ladies were awesome as welcoming.

    I really enjoyed myself, I am from Baton Rouge and I took my 11 year old son there for his birthday, we planned the trip the service was on point and the staff was so entertaining. I will definitely be back.

    Waited for about 10 minutes before anyone actually acknowledged us at the hostess station to be seated in one of the MANY open tables there. Upon sitting down, the waitress informed us that “it’s going to be a really long time before any food comes out and then asked my party did we still really want to order. We kept it light and just ordered drinks since she said that would be quicker and that almost took 1 hr. Not going back.

    I had reservations for 8:30. We stood at the booth waiting to be seated while the STORE MANAGER SAT IN FRONT OF US NOT SAYING ANYTHING! (Couldn’t tell he was the manager because he had his hat turn to the back as if he wasn’t at work) I had to send my food back TWICE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDONE & cold
