We went to Jeff Ruby for a birthday dinner. We had great time, plenty choice of meat… food was excellent as well as the ambience, and the service was even better! Definitely the best restaurant in town.

Absolutely horrible experience. Our reservation was at six and we have multiple delays on getting our appetizers entrées, and desserts. Not to mention the food was not cooked as ordered. Waited over 30 minutes on dessert and then the manager came out and said they no longer had that dessert. The so-called experience turned into a 4+ hour nightmare.. extremely disappointed on how everything was ran. The only bright side of the entire so-called experience was that our server was extremely apologetic and tried to help in every way that he could.
