Went to Louie’s for our anniversary and everything was exceptional! Andy was our waiter and absolutely crushed it. Everything was great!

Love this place. I live 40 miles away and it’s completely worth the drive. I’m going back next weekend too.

The bus boy was the nicest person, always had a smile. The waiter only smiled if you looked wealthy, he ended up in a few chairs and booths talking up the well off older couples, and barely gave me and my date the time of day. Food was good till our pasta came, both pastas were very under cooked and for two different $49 pastas dishes you’d expect something that simple to at least be cooked. Also this was the first valet I’ve had that didn’t take card. So we had to use an atm near by that had a 40% charge rate to use…so the $10 valet turned into a $14 valet

The service was really slow from the kitchen. The server checked in with us frequently and was very kind and keeping us informed. She even bought dessert for us, which was very kind. The server was not the issue. The food was not good. The Wagyu burger we ordered was barely warm. We ordered a prime rib dip also not very hot and there was not much prime rib on it. Also, the overall flavor, would not order it again. The hash was marginal. I’m not sure if the restaurant was super busy because it was Father’s Day and the kitchen was backed up, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Great service and cocktails couldn’t make up for a disappointing meal. A steak ordered medium came barely above rare, the fish was overcooked, and the dessert tasted like it came from a grocery store freezer. For a steakhouse, it missed the mark.
